Website says open till 10:00pm. Showed up at 8:50 and entire restaurant is dark. This is a common occurrence at this location. They always close at least 10 minutes before 9:00pm. I guess corporate doesn't care either. Noticed this 3 times this month. Considering this was the only times I have come by. Maybe I'll show up at 5:00pm in the afternoon and get ahead of the laziness.
This location is ALWAYS out of chicken regardless of what time of day it is. It's 445 pm and no chicken again. Ordered things I did not want just to have dinner. Get home and didn't receive the sides I ordered and paid for. Went back and all the doors are locked . last time for this location for me. Other locations don't seem to have this problem.
This location is a hit or miss. A sometimes when I come through the drive through, it takes a long time for someone to take my order (usually 2-5min with no one infront of me). Sometimes they are fast. The fries are over seasoned, lemonade doesn't have enough water in it & 1 time i got the wrong meal. There has been many times where the service was fast, the food was great & friendly service. This location has great potential to constantly receive 5 stars if a few improvements were made. I will continue to to there because the food is good but with a few minor issues, but there aren't many places that don't have minor issues.
Was kinda disappointed that the inside was closed and I had to go to the drive thru. Service and food was definitely better than the one in Yorktown. Food was hot and fresh. Staff was polite.
Love their all day breakfast. I got a chicken biscuit combo and it was great. Employees were nice too.
came in thru the drive thru tonight at 730pm. sat there for 20 mins with no one answering the drive thru. called the number 5 times and no one picked up. took till we came up to the window to find out they are closed. despite knowing they close at 10pm. as an old worker for bojangles this is ridiculous.
Every visit here has been horrible. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo. I got a chicken biscuit combo and didn't realize it until I got to work. Today I ordered the chicken sandwich combo again. I was told there would be a 15 minute wait and was talked in to the chicken tender combo. When I got to work there was no sauce for the incredibly dry and crunchy tenders and my sweet tea was regular unsweetened tea. I don't plan on coming back here anymore.The drive thru is incredibly slow despite hardly ever having a line.
I got the 'chicken supremes' advertised in the commercial. Been a while since Ive had their food since we only have 2 locations and they are VERY far from where I live. The biscuit, biggest Ive ever seen, tasted weird, the fries were good and so was the chicken. Might get it again, if I am in the area.
THE best Bojangles in Newport News and Hampton! They have the best staff, who are always friendly ... especially compared to other locations! They always ask if I mind waiting for my favorite item, which is a Ham and Egg Biscuit, because I love breakfast for dinner. I never mind waiting for hot, delicious breakfast! I purposely drive from Hampton for this store! Plus, I love that they offer a military discount! ?
This Bojangles is sad. The food is never fresh. They never get my order right and the run out of main menu items to often. I ordered steak biscuits and I got sausage. The biscuits were like rocks and they crumbled when I picked them up. This is the norm for this Bojangles. I will not be going back.
