I have been 5 times over the past two months and only ended up eating there once. Twice they were out of Roast beef, once out of chicken, three times out of Coke, twice they were closed an hour prior to listed close time. I don’t know what type of staffing issues they are going through but these are the type of situations that drives customers away.
Ordered a beef and cheddar with a small French fry for dinner. Had it picked up with Uber eats. Arbys gave me the SMALLEST regular roast beef i have ever seen. All bread no meat. And my fries weren’t even cooked all the way. Still raw in the middle. Very disappointed
Polite fast service. Good food. Impressively fresh interior design. Amazing large single bathroom that made it easy for me to assist my disabled sister.
Service was fairly quick. Roast beef sandwiches were thick and tasty. Plenty of sauces were provided. The only downfall ... sometimes the shake machine is down. Another good point though ... they accept coupons!
Súper fine manager named Daijon in there. he works mornings and runs shift very well even with all of the staffing difficulties. The slow times and closed dining room are understandable with what they have going on but he still holds it down. 5 stars for him !!
I waited over 10 minutes to be given food that could make my family sick. Thus food was obviously under a heat lamp for hours
This location really needs to close. The last four visits we made: only taking credit cards - they had no change, closed at 5:15 pm on a Saturday afternoon, only taking credit cards or "exact" change, and the best one yet, they were out of roast beef. An Arby's out of roast!! If you are craving Arby's, then go to the locations on Mercury Blvd. in Hampton or on Rt. 17 in York County. This location is a joke!
Three different occasions they didn’t have roast beef. I don’t understand how a place that specializes in roast beef doesn’t have roast beef. The first time it happened it was later in the evening so I figured it was because it was getting close to close so I wasn’t upset but the two other times was mid day and early evening and one of those times I I was in the drive thru and couldn’t back out because cars were behind me so I settled for something else.
The food was hot and fresh and they gave a lot of extras, but they only had 2 people working so it was definitely not fast.
The inside is closed right now and the bathroom is closed and my kid had to pee. That wouldn’t normally be an issue if the drive thru didn’t pull every single car around to the front, take 15 minutes to bring out the food and then mix up all the orders and cars and have to stand around another 5 minutes at the door figuring it out. And then have a bad attitude when the order wasn’t even correct and they had to fix it. I know this is most likely COVID’s fault but come on.
