Order the sampler appetizer was told it would be ready at 9:37 pm and arrived to pick up at 9:40 pm they had somehow given my order to someone else just before I arrived. The food was then remade which took over 25 minutes. The manager did not suggest to comp my meal or even a discount or offer me a free drink or dessert. I know accidents happen but something could have been offered. I would still go back and hope the same doesn't happen again.
Waiter was friendly but forgot to offer the bread sticks before the meal. The grilled salmon meal was delicious and served hot. Halfway thru lunch, a crowd of teens were seated behind us and became very boisterous. No one asked them to settle down a little so it got a bit disturbing. That's why only 4 stars. Otherwise it was clean and pleasant. We'd visit again.
I must say my food was good. The people I encountered were nice. I was not thrilled with the overall service. In all fairness, I need to mention that I saw my server cleaning tables, cleaning floor, taking orders and I wonder if he was preparing food. He took orders and disappeared a long time then returned with food. At one point I wondered if the food was free because the bill just did not arrive for so long. Finally paid and as we were leaving he called across the restaurant asking did we want the change. He was serving another table, so when was he planning to return the change? The food was good.
I dine in sometimes and do pickups for lunch..I love the Asian Chile sauce on my boneless wings. But I guess saucing the whole wing yesterday was not in the budget...Disappointed and they wasn't hot as they sat on the counter while like 3 staff members discussed who was going to wash the silverware...
I'm really pushing it giving a 3 star ? review because its really 2 and a half. Service was good and bad. Orders were taking swiftly but silverware was missing, my son's crayons ? for his kids menu/activity sheet was missing, and another order for another table that was seated after us got their meal before my table. My wife didn't like her 2 for $24 meal that was the chicken breast with cheese and rice that came with my son's chicken tender and fries ? meal. Tenders we're good, and my 12oz ribeye meal was good. Overall I still tip my server well. He was not the problem and hope this location improves.
This location have been a hit or miss for me. But this time it was a hit.I was thinking it was going to be not a great experience at the beginning because there was a 25 minute wait and they wasn't busy at all, but they did explain they were short staff. Which does seem to be the theme with most places these days with the pandemic. But they had plenty of tables so they should of been able to seat us sooner still .But with that said everything was great after being seated. The bartender ended up being our waiter and he was on point.He took our orders (party of 6),without writing it down. And everything was correct.The food was awesome as well and was in a timely fashion.
Take Out: Friday February 18, 2022 abt. 7:00 p.m... Jefferson Ave. (Paid $43.00)We came inside to order... We were initially well received by a young male waitress who was tall and very nice! He was looking for someone who could take our order at take out register...After getting back to our hotel, we found that the food was good! However, we ordered Onion Rings, (2) Oriental Grilled Chicken Salads, Alfredo Pasta with grilled chicken. Everything was great... The quantity was great! On the flip side the quality of of the lettuce on the Oriental Salad looked a bit limp, dry and not too appetizing. With that being the main Entree of the order, I would rate overall a (3 out 5).
I came in for lunch on Saturday with my family and while not impressed with the food (by far), out server, Vaughn was most accommodating & attentive. Out of the three servers (including Vaughn) AND manager (Eric Johnson) I observed he was THE BEST! This location is mindful of the table cleanliness but not really of the silverware or the ceiling areas in the inner circle near the bar as evidenced but webs in the corners and along the side and spots/food particles on the flatware. But the service, especially delivered by this individual (Vaughn) was worth noting. He even made a St. Kurt’s for me though he’d never heard of it. It wasn’t the best BUT all the elements were there and the effort made up for anything else. It is my sincere hope that you get to be served by this young man that was willing to take blame for things he didn’t do and to go above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our meal.
Haven't been to Applebee's in quite sometime. So I was interested to see what game the 2022 Applebee's had. The staff was very friendly and tentative. The food however begged for improvement, just adequate/ bland food with slightly too much grease that definitely wasn't worth the price. Maybe I went on a bad night for the kitchen who knows. Thumbs up for the staff...and thumbs down for the food.
Never eating here again. I don’t leave bad reviews ever, but never had a steak cooked like this…or rather not cooked at all. And no, I did not order a rare steak. The bottom side is completely pink, this should be a safety hazard. It’s inedible, I can’t even chew it. Waste of money. Negative stars if that was an option. Mash came in an jokingly small portion, and no ice cream came with the dessert. Must be a joke, except I paid for it…
