It's a typical breakfast atmosphere. We were seated immediately and our server was quick to bring our drinks and coffee. She was also very timely with offers to refill our coffee cups. The food took awhile to come out of the kitchen but it could be short staff issues like most places have nowadays, or the fact the cook from scratch using real eggs. The food was yummy!
I was told this was a great place back in the day. I should have listened. Took forever for our order 35 min. The food was cold when it came. The home fried potatoes inedible with hard Crispy burnt pieces(see pic) we asked with onions and they are large hard pieces of onions thrown in. The steak was foul smelling like it had been left out. Corned beef hash pure salt. What a nightmare of an experience. Waitress forgot our toast by that time it didn't matter we just wanted out of there.
Once again my boys Blaine and Tony up in the kitchen putting it down! Breakfast was off the charts as usual . I'm telling you this place is the beast kept secret in the news! Breakfast was hot and on time. This place never disappoints. Everybody has a bad day at times but I can't think of a bad experience up in here. Up in here. Preciate it Angelo's! The mailman.
Second time we have come here. Breakfast this time, dinner the last time. Everything for breakfast was great. The pancakes were huge. We where seated by the grill so we could see all the plates . Everything looked so good. Now for dinner, we came on Saturday night for prime rib which was great. The side salads were huge , big enough to share. The garlic bread was amazing. Now the cheese sticks were awful, tasted like artificial cheese. Also the fried shrimp was store bought. Those prebreaded shrimp in the big bag from the grocery store so would not recommend. All in all a good place to dine at.
The staff is excellent along with the food!! Highly recommend this restaurant! I love that you can get breakfast anytime, as I love breakfast and my partner doesn't. We love Angelo's and look forward to more delicious meals and excellent customer service!
This was our first return to Angelos after a very long time, over a year, due to the COVID. We were very disappointed with our experience. First off, we understand that it was VERY crowded and that the servers and cooks must have been VERY busy, however not an excuse for cold food.
This is still the greatest cheeseburger I have ever had!!!! I have eaten cheeseburgers all over this beautiful country, (it’s kinda my thing). Non can compare to the juicy deliciousness between two buns that this kitchen has put out consistently for the last 40 years. Start yourself off with a fresh made Greek salad, and you want even think about desert!!! My favorite place to eat in the 757, hands down my favorite burger in the world!!!!!!! Andrew H. Rammell
Steak and eggs country fried steak was awesome. Service was good. Quick and easy seating. Short wait on food once ordered.
First, the food is amazing. It's made from scratch, legitimately delicious food. I love it and would come more often if not for the take out customer service. This is not the first, second, or third time that I've waited for my food for about an hour or more. Never an issue when dining in. The service is great. However, when the restaurant is full, take out orders get lost in the mix. Basically, it's better to come in person, place an order, and wait there until it's done. Take out is convenient to avoid this, but for the past several orders, I've had to do just that. Sad because the food really is amazing.
First and last time coming. Bathroom was not clean, floor was safety hazard slippery and the table was sticky. My orange juice glass had a chipped rim. No spoon or stirrer for my coffee. My pancakes tasted stale and were luke warm. No one in the kitchen area had on masks, hairnets or beard guards. They had on ball caps and regular street clothes working in the kitchen. I watched one of the cooks toss pancakes into to go containers with his gloved hand. We paid $43 for breakfast and I didn’t eat anything except the eggs and bacon. Wish we had followed my instincts and paid for the drinks and just left for our original breakfast spot.
