Horrible horrible horrible.... chicken tenders were dry breaded chicken patties cooked in old grease or baked to the gods. French fries full of grease!! I will never order from this company again and I want my money back........FYI I ordered chicken tenders .....they were shaped like chicken patties....dry and horrible.
Good food but I paid for dessert and it was left out of my bag I had to go back the next day I live in the next town over_hampton I should have inspected my bag and not took their word that I was all set
?5 piece wing combo, Thai Chili flavor. I opted for rice instead of fries and ordered a side of mixed veges.Exceeded my expectations.
The guy that works in the front has no concept of good customer service. He was playing on his phone the entire time & never looked up at me nor did he speak when I walked in. I had to stand there and ask for my receipt because he wasn’t paying attention. I ordered the fried whiting combo. The fries were okay but the fish was dry and burnt. I have no plans of returning to this location.
Great wings and wonderful customer service it only ten minutes, went next door to get me a Smoothie and I when came back they was Bagging my food. Will be going back real soon. Thank you America's Best Wings.
The only good thing is the wings their ranch is sour and their attitude is sour.. I will not go to the NN location ever again. They lie right in your face 5 piece with fries and drink was 6.99the dude said 10.. bold face lie.. he said because bone in is more but boneless was right under it! The menus have the price! Atlanta had this place way before you did!
Absolutely the best wings around. At least twice a month we order 40-50 boneless wings for the family to get a good variety. The hot honey old bay and Thai chili are addictively delicious. Just wish they had a rewards program and we would eat there a lot more.

This building along with the rest of the American Best wings locations in Newport News and Hampton make up rules as they go along. The close when they want to regardless of what is posted on their website. I’ve notice the last few times I visited this location that the store has an odor of some sort( not pleasant at all)
Since I can not respond to the owners previous response to my review.I called multiple times from multiple numbers (door dash link, cell, etc.) because I was not getting a response or either hung up on. (As you can see I called at 9:40 too (attached). Doordash app and house phone does allow me prove the first time I called. I was calling for the shopping center across the street. Regardless, had your employees answer directly, honestly, and helpfully this wouldn't have been an issue.As I stated in my initial email, I asked if the store front was open and he said, "No we lock the doors at 9:30". So again conflicting information.It is highly suggested, you should update your website, your google profile, Doordash and the hours on your doors so they are all consistent. As of now everything says 10PM or 11PM, NOT 9:30. It would also be helpful if you indicated times "Last call for order" on these platforms as well.
