No one goes to Zaxby’s to eat chicken tenders with no sauce. We bought two meals and none had sauce. Sound petty? Nope. I paid for an experience that should be standard. We have to go far out of our way to get Zaxby’s so I do not accept this.
This is the most poorly run fast food restaurant in Midlothian. There is always a wait for food in the drive thru, the service is horrendous and your order is never correct. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.
Went through the drive-thru 6/3/22 and they did a GREAT job at making sure we had what we needed. We wanted blue cheese for a dipping sauce and they only had blue cheese for salads, but it was no problem for them to give us a salad dressing packet and a ramekin cup for us to put the blue cheese into. Thank you Mariah! ?
Service was good food was not. Got the 5 tender and fries they were both cold like they were pre-packaged and no spoon for coleslaw. You would think spending nearly $11 it would be hot.
Waited 45 minutes in drive thru. Order was wrong. Each aspect of order was slightly wrong then told us they were out. Will try again in hopes of supply chain issues and labor issues will be fixed.
Zaxbys has the best chicken tenders around. They are always crispy and are actual chicken. Very tasty.
I would give zero stars for the service at this location. We walked in well before closing time and you would’ve thought we had murdered someone by the faces and comments they made just by our presence in the store. The lady with purple dyed hair (I think her name was Jordan) tried to convince us to leave by telling us our tenders would take 25 or more minutes when in reality they only took 11 minutes and we were out of there my 7:58. Very unprofessional especially for grown adults. Zero stars if i could for service
First time there, very clean, service was good. Staff was very nice, and the food was great. Will definitely go again.
It was okay the cashier was talking really fast not paying attention to us when we ordered. Then they shorted my husband a couple of tenders. The spicy mushrooms are not very spicy ba little greasy. My wings were delicious.
Food was mediocre. Asked for food to be fresh but they just put warm fries on top of old greasy fries. Chicken tenders were okay.
