Good food, good service. Worst attitude by a hostess though. She was enough to not want to go back.With all places charging extra services fees these days, I questioned the 20% “service charge” since there was also a tip line…wanting clarity the service charge was in fact a tip…so this presumably 16 year old attitude then wanted to educate me on what service meant vs just confirming it was indeed for tipping and not an additional charge like a lot of places do post Covid.So sad when being treated like that when trying to celebrate a night out.
My bff & her fam visit this restaurant often, So I knew it was a gem. In town visiting, It was my first time at a Japanese Steakhouse, I don’t even know where to start how phenomenal EVERYTHING was!!! We were seated quickly & our chef was top tier! So down to earth, funny & very entertaining! The skill was unreal. Amazing show while watching your food cook right in front of you-literally mouth watering. Before you order, you'll receive complimentary ginger salad & miso soup, both being amazing. I would recommend anything on the menu because I guarantee you it’s going to be out of this world. I got chicken & shrimp- of course along with rice & veggies as well. The mango margaritas on the rocks are STRONG-other restaurants should take notes, this is how you do it y’all. Lastly, don’t hesitate on the YUM YUM sauce they have got it to perfection!!! You have another customer for life!!!
I love hibachi so I had to try this spot . Overall the food was great not over priced in my opinion when it comes to hibachi and my experiences at other places . Drinks were amazing as well not strong but still packed a little kick . Chef was pretty cool and cracked a little bit of jokes . Only negative take away from this spot was the wait time they told us 20 mins and it ended up being 42 mins I find that a little extreme . But overall I give this place a ??and I do recommend giving it a try!
Very efficient, was concerned about no reservations, but it allows them to start tables faster and keep them full all night instead of waiting for a party to arrive. Went on Saturday if mother's day weekend, arrived 10 minutes before opening and were seated immediately. The regular show for hibachi and accurately cooked food, medium well was perfectly done for steak and tuna. Kids loved the show as we expected.
First time visiting this restaurant. The evening started a little rough, when the attending Chef made some off color remarks. He indicated he was just being cute and apologized.We can say the food was good.
I took my family here for Christmas Eve dinner. The wait was short. The service was extremely attentive and friendly. The food was outstanding and everyone enjoyed their wonderful meal before Santa came! Will absolutely return again!
Never had a bad meal here. Always delicious and entertaining. Expect roughly $25 per plate and $5-8 beers. Dress in layers - I've had drafty seats on occasion - and keep in mind that you'll be seated right in front of a huge, hot cooking surface. Sometimes there's a wait, I'd call ahead if you don't have reservations. If you do have to wait, there's hard seating but there *is* a bar, so if you don't have to drive you can start on a fun dinner buzz. Before going there, practice catching tossed shrimp with your mouth, like a sea lion at the zoo. Then, when it goes down, make some bets at the table and fleece your buddies for easy side money.
Literally just got up and left!!!! I received a bowl of soup with lipstick still on it from the last person who lifted it up to drink from it. When I told the manager on duty (woman of Asian descent with long black hair) she told me that sometimes the dish washer doesn’t clean all dishes. It was only lipstick! She didn’t even care. This is just ridiculous, especially with Covid and all! Wouldn’t recommend!
Really good chicken teriyaki and also steak. The weight was a bit longer than expected, but definitely worth it! I was so entertained, that I forgot to take pictures!
Visited for my son's birthday. They made it feel special for him. Food was great overall enjoyable experience!
