Staff locked the door on a regular basis. Locking my family in the restaurant and other customers out creating confusion for everyone. I learned the staff was locking the door because they were short staffed.Not only is this a fire code violation, the staff is creating a danger to everyone locked in the business if an emergency situation occurred. I'm very disappointed in the staffs decision to endanger our life.Corporate should know these dangerous practices are taking place.
I placed an online order and ordered fries. I was told the frier was down when l called for pickup. Someone was too stupid to turn off that option on the mobile app. I was told the cost of the fries would be refunded but it wasn’t. I sent a complaint to corporate but they never responded. Enjoy that $3. It will be last you get from me
If you like bland, lackluster food then this is the place for you. I wasted money on this place. I couldn’t even finish my sandwich. I ended up eating the rest of my family members 5 Guys burger. Won’t be returning. Ever.
