I was told they opened at 9am. I went in and stood at the register for 2 minutes while being looked at and ignored. I left while saying, " I'm not staying any longer and being ignored. Guess you don't want my business that bad." The staff in charge met me at my car and said he was trying to get someone to take my order. He should have done it himself since he knew I was standing there. He asked me what I wanted and he would take care of it. I waited another 6 minutes while a few cars went thru the drive thru. I left. Very bad for business.
Drive thru can be either your absolute worst experience or just an ok one. The customer service at this location is ATROCIOUS. You can wait in the drive through line here for 40 min, not move, and watch the employees inside talking and laughing. That particular time, I left. I was waiting at a business near by for auto work and started asking if the employees in the area ever used this Wendy’s and there was a resounding NO. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I did however, arrive here, one time, with no line at the drive thru… got a very fresh and great tasting burger! But the employees behind the counter were still talking and goofing off. ??♀️ not sure what to think here. Overall, I think just lack of caring and bad service.
Apparently this Wendy’s thinks it closes at 12 instead of 1. Good luck getting anyone to the speaker after 12 I just waited 15 min at the speaker and beeped my horn after 11 min and when I finally decided to leave some boy was messing around with lid’s and this isn’t the first time. If anyone does take an order from anyone it’s only once they’ve waited a while at the speaker hoping they will leave
Found a pinky finger nail in my frosty. It was already in my mouth too. Days later I am having symptoms of Covid 19. I am going to get tested today. If it comes back positive I am going to be livid.I am making a complaint to the health department.
Why doesn’t anyone that’s cooking, prepping or handling any food have hair nets on or a hat, where is the hair safety at especially hair all over the place!! Since when did they start wearing regular clothing too! Just curious
Constructive criticism...this Wendy's was slammed with customers with lack of employee help inside. When this happens, my suggestion is to just have the drive through only. We waited 20 minutes inside and were never served. We were told to go to another location. Poor customer service.
They limited their options on the 4 for 4 but the crispy chicken sandwich is on the $5 biggie bag now. Prices everywhere have increased so trying to keep that in mind, I used to always order the Asiago chicken sandwich meal but that's now about $10 and just seems like too much for a fast food meal. The biggie bag is still a good deal. This location is fairly convenient and staff has been efficient, orders have been correct so far. Personally, the fries seem to be overly salty and like they're trying to be mcdonalds but just not making the mark.

Cannot pass on the $5 biggie bag...get the ghost pepper sauce (it's not as bad as you think) you will thank me later. But Let's talk about those new fries.... fresh and Delicious! Best deal ever!
Received a couple items that were wrong, upon enquiring whether one of the burgers was a Baconator or a Son of a Baconator, the young lady at the window stated she didn't make the sandwiches. Asked her to please check as to which it was entered and made as. Felt like it was a "that's not my job" response to a very nicely asked question. Frustrating to pay $35 for 3 fast food meals in the drive-thru and basically be dismissed
