Drive thru was lined up around building, however I understand about staffing issues a lot of places are experiencing, but after patiently waiting such a long time to get thru drive thru, not only was our food cold, but the burgers were not wrapped very well at all, the fries and nuggets were dumped in the bottom of the bag. Looked like they literally just threw all our food in the bag & then threw the nugget, fry containers and the burger wrapper on top of the food. It was completely uncalled for & very disappointing, I wanted to throw the food back through the window and ask if they would eat food that looked like that however I took the high road because karma will take care of it for me.

God forbid you come here after 10pm. The night employees love to say something is down so they can’t take orders whether it’s you have to pay cash or just the machine is down, came here 3 times this week because it the only thing left open when I get off and each time something “is down” so they can’t take orders. You’re open until 1am but somehow every night after 10 you can’t take orders? I could understand every once in awhile but every night you’re turning away paying customers? And they on top of that you’re rude about it? Just a trash service all around they need to hire new night staff and not let a bunch of kids run it.
I have decided to use my rewards program on my phone and was not sure how to use it the server at the front helped me through the steps The cashier's name was Zahrya. She was very patient with me. Great customer service. The manager noticed that the app wasn't working through the register and he granted the rewards anyway and took it off of the bill. His name was Carl
It was literally unbelievable how fast they just were with my order and food. Like the epitome of fast food , great service & multitasking. Wendy’s these days have you in the line for twenty minutes, I really don’t think I was there for five minutes, like they were waiting on me or something ! Great job management
Fries were cold. the spicy chicken sandwich used to be a favorite but now is thin and processed and no comparison to the competition.
Very fast service and really nice staff. The order was right and the food was good, although the fries were warm at best...definitely not hot. I will definitely go back to this location simply because of how nice everyone was! We went through the drive-thru.
This was an excellent Wendy's. Delicious spicy chicken sandwich and the staff were very nice. Especially for working in a blizzard

I ordered curbside and had to go in to pick it up. The female manager was all attitude. I ordered a large chocolate frosty and received vanilla instead. This will be the last time I order from this location.
