I went around 12:15 so it was busy. My order took a little while but all the employees I interacted with were very polite and kept apologizing thanking me my patience. The food was very good.

I don’t think this Wendy’s has gotten my order right a single time in the last year of going here. Go somewhere else, don’t waste your money

I want to sincerely thank the staff at this Midlothian Wendy’s location. I somehow left my credit card behind almost a week ago, and after frantically searching for it at home, I decided to call the restaurant since that was my last physical “swipe.” They had my card! They kept it safe for me with no fraudulent charges or frustration in getting it back. I simply swung by the drive-thru window and chatted with the team. It’s refreshing to know that there are still honest people in this world. Thank you, Wendy’s Midlo Crew!

This is the worst and dirtiest location I’ve ever seen. They need to be shut done by the department of health. Food inspector needs to visit this location. I witness an employee stick in bare hands in the fries and starting eating some. Look at the employee with no gloves

This used to be my go to Wendy’s since the one down the street is awful.Sadly this location is not any better anymore.3 of the 4 parts of our order was wrong and it took forever. I understand everywhere is short staffed so it may have been when we chose to go was too busy for the staff that was there.It may be awhile before we choose to go back.

5 stars for the friendly staff at this location! And the breakfast...fresh eggs on the sandwich! I was amazed. Gone twice in the last week.3 stars for the drive thru time and the lunch. If I get a Jr bacon cheeseburger it's a fail if there's only half a strip of bacon. With the drive thru time I understand that everyone is understaffed. More upset about the missing bacon.

Used my debit card at this location last night and today a fraudulent charge was attempted on it for Herff Jones, which is a high school/college class ring, cap and gown company. I can only assume one of the teen employees made a copy of my card number.

I visited this location at exactly 450pm on a Wednesday.I counted 6 employees including the manager on duty.The manager which I did get her name but short girl with tattoos on her arm. Well she was sitting down and she claimed that the lobby was closed at 450pm.I understand if you are short staffed but I again counted 6 people in plain view for one customer in the entire place. Nobody was at the drive thru nobody in the lobby besides myself. This is ridiculous way of doing business. I know that it's hard for companies to retain good employees but when the management doesn't care it's a whole other issue. Based on the other reviews I guess you have to sacrifice and accept this foolishness. I personally will not be going back to this location. I hope that the franchise owners read this so they know who is running your business to the ground.

Ordered the new chacon cheddar chicken sandwich, got a spicy chicken sandwich instead and the fries were only half full. Sounds on par based on recent reviews ?

Absolutely absurd. Went through drive-thru and they accidentally kept my credit card. Manager didn't have time to let me know if card was there when I called, so I went back. Went through the drive-thru and they verified they had my card. When I pulled to the window they asked me to pull up. A while later, they came out and told me that they didn't have my card. Then they refused to speak with me any more. Incredible.
