orders were totally messed up. waiter kept apologizing . needs work on customer service and food preparation
I went in to the 7900 Hull Street location for lunch today. There was a TRASH CAN next to the table. There was a lot of chatter about basketball but no one bothered to clean off the dirty dishes from five or more tables. I only saw one table cleaned in the 45 minutes. I finished eating and the table in front of me where 6 people had left was still dirty. I did no come to look at dirty dishes!!The floors were dirty, windows were dirty and the door glass. This store needs a cleaning crew. I am feeling sick in my stomach since eating there. I hope I did not catch COVID from the uncleanliness.
The place was a total wreck. Dirty dishes on every table and on the counter top as well. I arrived there at 5 am. They told guests they were on a 30 minute break so they had to wait to be seated. I had a to go order so they waited on me just fine. But I had to sit in the counter where all the dirty dishes were. I like this Waffle House alone but this time it was a little disappointing.
We ate here, and had our best waffle house experience!

I Stood at the cash register for 5min..not one person said anything to me...not welcome to the waffle house, how long of a wait there may be, someone will be with you in a few....NOTHING!!!! I just stood and stood...as they laughed at each other ( joking around) there were 2 cooks cooking on the girl...they just looked at me with this dumb look on their faces( the diner had more than the usual customers there...but someone could have said something..no customer service at all!!!
Food was good, place was clean, but they only had one server @ 2am so wait times to order were ridiculous. Aside from wait time, service was good.
The worst customer service ever! This female was nasry,didn't represent the waffle house at all. Such foul language after asking nicely to be seated. Why even eat here with nasty people working here.so sad
Breakfast was very good and the crew was very nice and worked as a team. The service was outstanding .
Dining room is closed. I counted my items to confirm that I had everything. When I got home, I discovered that my ofder was wrong, none if the items I had ordered extra condiments for were included. I love taco bell, but not the service. Plus, when you confront the staff about the error, they want to be combative and talk down to you.Unacceptable.If the dining room was open, it would be a different story.
