We had an amazing time! Can’t wait to go back! Thinking about Family Fun night twice a month here! So much to do!!!! Customer service wasn’t the best with some employees, there were a few that seem to have attitudes but there was one guy that was helpful!

I would recommend my friends only if they are willing to pay more to bowl. 40.00 an hour is pricey BUT my daughter and I enjoyed it! It’s our first time to go there! Foods are very delicious. My daughter is thinking about having her birthday party there because it has arcade, restaurant, and bowling! It’s really nice!

When I go there on Fri and sat night there is a $5.00 cover charge. One of the young ladies that works the door is pretty slick she takes. your card puts it in the slot then quickly hitst.he 20% tip button so you get charged $6.00 instead of $5.00 just to get in most people don't notice I didn't until I checked my statement.A tip is given by the customer not automatically added by staff unless large party. So now I just pay cash and also have told my friends about this so they do the same.

3/18/22 We totally had fun going bowling last week. It's a great way to demonstrate team building, especially with such a great group of people. A shout out to Uptown Alley for sponsoring the event. They did such a wonderful job, and the service was impressive and the food was delish. We highly recommend to give this a whirl for your next team event.

Overhyped. Prices are only good if you go before a certain time. Everything looked really nice and fancy until you got to the lanes. TV was glitching and our lane was malfunctioning quite a bit. The family beside us was also having a hard time with their lane. This isn’t cool if you’re paying by the hour & not by game.

Honestly this place is hyped up way too much. Came for drinks food and bowling. Bowling for 2 people for an hour plus shoes was $57 alone then they make you pay $10 for two people simply because there's live music that we truly didn't want. The service is ridiculous if you ask me. Our first round of bowling we called for service and no one came so we ordered off the qr code and it took basically the whole hour and when our hour was over is when we got our food that was cold and obviously not even decent food. Not worth the money. They forgot my straw for my mixed drink and by the time i got a straw it was so watered down that i left it after two sips. Not to mention even though they took forever to bring out food rushed us out of our booth. Definitely wouldn't recommend. Lets not forget that because the parking lot isnt monitored when i left i couldnt get out because 2 cars were blocking the only entrance/exit so we had to wait 15 minutes in the parking lot while they found the car owners.

I'd give it 5 stars but the big bald guy that works there isn't very personable and seems a bit overwhelmed. And the drinks are weak. We had the mermaid water drink and it literally just taste like juice. Other than that the food is good and the ambiance xe is fun and entertaining.

Went to Uptown Alley for the Super Bowl last night and it was a wonderful experience. Not my first time there and wont be my last. Atmosphere was great, tvs EVERYWHERE, and the food was extremely good. Finally a place who knows how to fry wings rather than just drown them in sauce. Biggest surprise was the awesome wings. I dont take time to write many reviews but they deserve one.

The atmosphere was lovely, but the server kept getting the tables confused when we place our orders

I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the band playing was very good, too. Not so loud that you couldn’t have a conversation.
