I am a big fan of The Grill at Waterford. Cozy neighborhood bar and restaurant with a varied menu and excellent service. Some of my favorites include the Southern BLT which includes fried green tomatoes on the sandwich, liver and onions dinner entree and the shrimp & grits entree. The drinks are generous and well crafted. Nothing real fancy but I think you will like the comfort food and friendly ambience.

I was politely greeted by the bartender as soon as I walked in. I had the meatloaf and mashed potatoes, along with a chocolate peanut butter pie for dessert. The food was excellent. The service was very friendly and on top of it. I definitely recommend it.
Shawn, Chelsea and the team have made us feel welcome for years. The brunch is simple but has that little something extra that sets it apart from the crowd and keeps us coming back.Took the kids today and there was a bit of a wait for the food (no surprise for Sunday morning brunch, it was busy) but we were constantly checked on and Shawn brought the kid's chocolate chip pancakes out first without us having to ask. G.O.A.T. move! We left stuffed and definitely need a nap after such a tasty and fulfilling meal.Overall, attentive staff, excellent food, and a bloody Mary that hit the spot! We'll continue to visit and sing your praises!
Food was great. I had a Reuben and the meat was tender, yum. My daughter ordered shrimp and grits and my son chicken philli, both plates looked excellent. Service was excellent.

If you are looking for a pretentious place or food, this place is not for you. It feels very welcoming. Some food seems homemade, but is mostly bar/pub type. I honestly could prepare better homemade food. I believe one grill cook does everything. It’s been around awhile and people there seem to know each other. That feeling is rare today at food establishments. Though, you just will not be blown away by the food. Their bar, at the front, seems to be the biggest attraction.
Food there is good and affordable, staff is kind. However, not all staff wears a mask which has been making me more and more uncomfortable lately. I mainly like not just the food here but the location too, I hope that even though this place is local, it will follow Covid 19 policies
First time for brunch today. Food was great! By the time we left, the restaurant was packed with a wait line. Great prices too! We plan to go back!
