We ordered take out and arrived to see a very full restaurant with a number of people waiting. Our order was not ready at the time promised, and both of our baked potatoes did not have the bacon bits requested. I ordered the 12 oz ribeye and shrimp combo. The steak was a real disappointment. It was a thin piece of meat, like flank steak.
We took my mom here today for her birthday. The food was good but our waitress was excellent. Sierra who has been here for only 2 weeks made this a memorable event. She made my mom feel so special. Thank you for the happy 82 birthday and the special attention you paid to my mom. She will remember this for a long time.
I had a bug in my salad! I wasn’t happy at all I will not be coming back EVER! I talked to a manager she made it seem as if was normal.
Very great place to eat at, they have some of the best food. The Bacon Cheeseburger is amazing. Wait time can be a little long for a seat sometimes, good customer service, very nice staff.
Great food for the value .. steaks etc not over spiced. Place was packed with diners. Taylor was an excellent waitress.
Ribeye steaks were great you must try the loaded sweet potato service was right on time everyone was very nice
Last night was by far one of the worst experiences I've had at any restaurant. We got there, no bread was available. It took 10+ mins for the bartender to even take our drink orders or acknowledge us. What happened to greeting your table Finally we got them and ordered a cactus blossom. Waited a few to actually order food because we were unsure of what to get. She the bartender finally came back over to take our order. We ordered two ribeye and rib meals and I also ordered a margaritas with a patron kicker with no lava salt. I never got it.. Finally our onion arrived burnt. But I ate some bc I was starving and we still didn't have any rolls by that point. Rolls eventually came, I had to ask for silverware because we were never given any. Watching the clock because I'm hungry 45mins has passed. The bartender comes over asking what our order was again because she forgot to put it in. At that point I'm annoyed. I never got my drink I ordered the onion was horrible and it still took another 15mins to get our food. Upon receipt of the check I asked for a manager which of course was returned with a smart gesture. The manager took the onion off discontinued 15.00 and gave us some 15.00 gift certificate. I mean at that point after waiting a hour for food with maybe 7 customers in the building and the bartenders attitude I'm not sure we'll even return. She was more worried about cleaning the bar area then her customers. She came by very hostile after the manager left asking if that check was ready for her snatching it off the table.This was a birthday dinner from my husband and I will say it again this was the worst birthday experience ever for me.Very disappointed and upset. What happened to legendary service!!
They are the best. Food is always great along with great service. But get there around 4pm for dinner if you want no wait, or not that long of a wait otherwise everybody comes out the woodwork and floods this place quickly.
Great food,great service.Hadn't been to one in years and was directed to steak counter at entering restuarant not asked if wanting to be seated first or not. The only minus in visit.
We stopped in for dinner tonight and after a brief and accurately quoted wait time ended up in Tyler's section. Wow. He told us he was new but if he hadn't mentioned that I'd never have known. He was attentive, friendly, and thorough. He made sure we had everything we needed and was prompt to offer more drinks, refills, bread, basically anything we could think of. Thanks so much for a good night and good luck to him!
