I went through drive thru being that the inside was closed due to renovations. I placed a $43 order and I asked if they can drop fresh chalupas, cinnabons, and potatoes and I expressed to them that I didn’t mind waiting for my fresh items.. So after I payed for my food I recieved my order and being that I knew they was on a timer I pulled around to check my food. My chalupas were crumbling like crackers and cold and my cinnabons were also hard.. I drove around to ask them if they could remake the items that I had a problem with and the cashier(Ariana) tells the mgr(Clarisa) and the mgr made a remark I just dropped everything fresh.. so to show the cashier that the chalupas were hard and she just stared at me and then she went on to ask for all of my food back with attitude. At that moment I was puzzled because why did u need the other items that were to my likings. so she asked if i could pull around and they would bring me my order to me. as I sat in the parking thinking I didnt feel safe eating the food from there after they asked for my whole order back.. which is cross contamination to it's finest.. so I went back around and asked for a refund and I hear the mgr make a smart remark after I just remade her order.. then as the cahier told her about me wanting a refund she asked me for my receipt in which I never got and the cashier(Ariana) admitted to that she through it away. The mgr then going to try to convince myself that I ordered my food through the app n which I didn't. It took the mgr over 10 mins to try to refund my money to my card.. I asked her if she could reprint the original and she tells me she can't because she dnt know how to. Thats mgr 101 you're suppose to know how to reprint a receipt. so she basically rerung up my order and I asked if she could make a copy of the refund check receipt and she tells me that they dnt have a copy machine.... THESE EMPLOYEES NEED BETTER TRAINING!! EMPLOYEES WITH THE ATTITUDES IN THIS KIND BUSINESS IS UNPROFESSIONAL TO THE FULLEST..

This location is either cash only, at times you’re limited to the amount of items you can order, closes extremely early/random times. I’m not sure if it’s because of a staff shortage or what the case may be. Taco Bell should really consider taking away the owner of this locations franchise license. I have never experienced a consistently worthless Taco Bell. This location has a really bad reputation in the area and honestly has me considering why Taco Bell corporate has not stepped in as it is causing damage to the Taco Bell brand. Service is non existent, orders are always messed up, this location is rarely open (it’s like playing Russian Roulette going there), they are consistently out of ingredients, the inside is not maintained which makes me question the condition of the back/kitchen area and I’m pretty sure a 2 year old can conduct themselves better than the management here. As much as I love Taco Bell, it’s sad that the decision to go to this location is last on my list due to the constant disappointment. How does the owner still have their franchise license?
0 stars to be honest yall need better workers with people skills and better customer service! Not arguing with the customers or talking trash to the customers. Remember the employee doesn’t keep your business running it’s the customers money! No manager should argue with any customers you are running your money away no one wants to deal with bad customer service that’s why chick a fila so successful! They always give great customer service! Guess we won’t be eating Taco Bell anymore we will just go to the Authenticate Mexican restaurant

Came here today and placed a mobile order through the app. Ordered a 4$ thing of white hot ranch fries which I didn't receive. My partners 1$ thing if fries didn't come with the nacho cheese sauce. I asked for a lot of mild sauce and got 4 packets of mild 4 of hot. I don't really understand why this went as wrong as it did.There's no point in calling and trying to get the items, I live pretty far and was just passing through.
This Taco Bell has consistently been the absolute worst one I have ever been to. Most recently, I walked in to pick up an online order and was surprised at how long of a line there was at the counter - maybe 6 customers and no one in sight behind the counter. I walked up to the counter to pick up my order - probably took 5 minutes to flag someone down. Took her a while to find, but she did end up finding it. In the meantime, I heard someone in the line ask her - "Are you all taking orders?", to which she replied very curtly "Use the kiosk" and just walked away. They were refusing to take customer orders and didn't have the decency to even let the customers know they were wasting their time waiting for someone to help them.This might sounds silly, but every single time I've gone to this Taco Bell in the past 20 years, something not quite right has happened. I don't know what is in the water there, but it's nothing good. Never had a single problem with any other Taco Bell, but this one is terrible.
Worst taco bell ever. The night staff should be fired. Today we door dashed 3 tacos and 2 burritos. Two of the tacos werent included, the one that was had no lettuce or cheese. Just ground beef in a shell.The two "burritos", the burrito supreme had no ingredients in it beyond red sauce. No meat, no beans, nothing but a ladle of red sauce. The other 5 layer burrito had no 5th layer, no extra beef. Nothing. Was basically a soft taco. These were both ordered with extra beef, and the works.No quality control. No care for customers or their time or money. Going to be a long time until I waste my time with a taco bell again.
ZERO STARS waste of your time, drivethru is a joke, 20 minutes after ordering an employee will bring it to your car in the parking lot area with out sauce that you ordered and you better check your drinks and then the order!!! Never Again Taco Bell… the employees don’t even know which orders or which car to take it to, I watched this happen, food gets cold! This location needs employees and a Manager who are properly trained. That timer in drive thru only causes the employees to mess up more and slows the entire process down. If I knew the other 10 cars were outside waiting on Drive they orders I would have had the choice of going elsewhere, now my son is going to be late for work or eat dinner, thanks again taco hell
Only 5 items? Seriously. If you can't handle doing your job than please quit. How can u feed a family of 4 when you can't even order 2 combos. I will never eat taco bell again. Your establishment has lost my business forever ?
