2-3 years ago, this was the best Taco Bell in Richmond, VA. Now, it's the worst. I go out of my way to avoid this place and will drive passed this one to other Taco Bells (even with gas prices as high as they are).They always get my order wrong, the employees look genuinely annoyed that I'm there, and it took 29+ minutes to get my order last time. I sent in a comment to corporate asking to be contacted and never received any communication from them.Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs.
Ordered my food on the app. Checked in at the drive thru and was told they dont have the shells or sauce for a mexican pizza and the General Manager has left and hasnt taught anyone how to make what i ordered. Asked for a refund and was told they cant you have to through the app. But once your checked in on the app you cant refund your order. So I accepted it and asked for a five layer and a steak quesarito instead. The five layer was made incorrectly and the other burrito they gave me was no where close to a steak quesarito. The only reason im not giving one star is because the young lady in the drive thru was very nice and it wasnt her fault the General Manager doesnt care enough to properly order the store supplies and train their employees. This isnt the first time they have messed up my order but it will definitely be the last. I recommend not going to this Taco Bell if you want the correct order properly made.
The customer service isn't great. I wS doing Uber and walked in and waited 3 minutes until someone acknowledged me. There were 5 employees that could have said something. I don't eat Taco Bell but the service could have been better.
this taco bell makes drive thru customers pull up front to pick up orders. orders never correct, but then you have to drive back through the line to correct order, get sauce or utensils, etc. i've been there 4-5 times this past month and EVERY SINGLE TIME my order has been wrong, or the food is dry and premise ahead of time so, for example, the crunchy tacos are soaked through. i'm out at least $20 from these continuous screwups.
We come here often and try to be patient because it seems everyone always seems to be new. But it's been months and still terrible service. we continue to come for convenience for lunch at our company but it's still frustrating. The order wasn't that great this round and took forever to be made. And all of our food was smooshed like they put too much in the bag.
Consistently AWFUL SERVICE. I am a very patient person, but this drive thru tests me EVERY TIME! On my Iast visit, I was asked to pull around & wait for my food. I waited for 20+ minutes & an item was missing when I finally got it!
I'm officially done with this taco bell. What is the point of ordering through the app if I still am waiting 30 minutes to get through the drive through because I can't walk in. I have a ladies craft group close by that meets often and we order frequently, but our orders were wrong in top of waiting so long.
This Taco Bell is the worst Taco Bell you could ever go too . Don’t waste your time . I had 4 cars in front of me and waited for 47 mins and when I got to the speaker to order I had to wait another 8 mins for them to even take my order . I couldn’t just drive off because cars were still infront of me waiting on their food . Worst management . Only reason I gave one start because I can’t give any less
I paid for a Burrito Supreme. I have never had a worst one. It was all wrap and little filling. It was about a inch thick. The wrap was folder many times over to look full. LOL
Literal worst taco bell. My three tacos (two pictured below) barely had any meat in them at all. Nothing fell out, I haven't eaten any of it, this is what I got home and opened. I'm speechless. They told me they only had crunchy tacos left and their truck would arrive tomorrow, but I'm asking for a refund because this shouldn't have been sold to me. They should have just said sorry we got nothing and I could've eaten at the mcdonalds nextdoor.
