Asked for mayo and onion on my sandwich. They must have been going through a mayo and onion shortage, because when I got home I realized the woman had put a couple pin sized dots on my sandwich of mayo and a few puny onion slices on a 12 inch sub. So I sliced up an onion and broke out the mayo at home and remade my sandwich which honestly looked like a sad, depressing mess before I salvaged what I could. A bit disappointing since we only came here because we had coupons, and they refuse to take coupons. They don’t have a reason why either, or at least not one they are willing to divulge to customers. Overall, my experience would have been much more enjoyable had I stayed home and made a peanut butter and jelly.
My son got his favorite thing before we saw a movie. I wish I had known beforehand that they have cockroaches the size of their subs running around in the bathrooms before I ordered. They definitely need some deep cleaning and an exterminator ASAP! Definitely won't be returning unless I'm desperate!
This is the worse Subway ever. They don't take Subway coupons. They get mad when you ask why they dont take coupons. They cheat out of sub sandwich fillings. I have gone to other Subways and never had a bad experience like I always have at this location. I decided to give them another try today, just to see if things changed. Things did not change, it got worse!!!!
The employee was very rude because I came in at exactly 9:00 when they open, and then she wouldn't let me use the restroom because the light was out. I have a light on my phone... Nope. Anyways... They don't put much veggies on their subs either. They bread is often crusty, like it's stale too.
They do not take the coupons…bad customer service… bad business practice. If I could give them a zero review I would!!!
Pretty much take out only (small place), but they do a good job & are fast & friendly.

The "main" guy was very nice. The other skinny white guy apparently is incapable of speaking. The food was good and it appeared to be clean although we got our sandwiches to-go.
My family ordered two footlongs and chips. We usually have decent service, but tonight the guy who made our food was rude. We had to correct him multiple times. We had to repeat our order multiple times. When we asked for him to toast our sandwiches he reluctantly did so as if it was inconvenient. Our chips had been crushed. We are very disappointed.
Got an Italian herb and cheese bread for my sandwich. When they cooked the bread, they over cooked it. I had to scrape the dark spots off bread. Of course I could do this because the bread was not fresh. The outside crumbled when you pushed on it. Definitely not fresh!
