Waited in the drive thru for 20 mins and made me late… and I had a mobile order. Will not be returning.
It's Starbucks you know them. They are your go-to place when you're in and out of town. The menu and services are know and predictable. This is good. And they're probably close to where you're coming from. These are all the criteria that brought us to this Starbucks. I'm here on this visit to Richmond Virginia for a family wedding. Enjoyed my nitro cold brewed coffee and my breakfast sandwich!
Every time I go they get something wrong. Idk what is up with this location specifically, but the 4 times I've come (I know, I need to stop giving them chances) they get something wrong.
The new store looks nice, but the parking lot is crazy with the drive thru traffic crossing lanes with incoming traffic. Delivery trucks have nowhere to park without blocking spots or parked cars. Today they're out of PSL, how does that happen in October?
Very kind staff with engaging personalities and helpful suggestions including helping to identify ingredients such as caffeine in specific drinks. They really help make the experience extra special!
The baristas are great. Super busy in the morning and mid day but its starbucks. Its going to be busy!
Every time I come to this Starbucks they never have anything I want and then I get trapped in the stupid line because there is no way out. I have come to this Starbucks 6 times since they opened and they are always out of the cold brew. Then the time I can take to go to another location I’m trapped in line and make it late to work with no coffee. Super poor design for drive thru.

Lovely service- Jay, female cashier/barista serviced my order- she’s a delight & very personable - we chatted about Starbucks beverages- ❤️ the Brown Sugar iced espresso beverage - & earned points on my app-First Tine at This location- the Starbucks interior design is beautifully furnished!However I’m finding out now the outlets at my sofa aren’t working- don’t think their internet is working either but I’ll just have to keep trying.I searched at a longer table by the round sofa & those outlets function-so I also rely on Starbucks for their WIFI & charging.It’s peaceful ambiance here - for me the baristas are appropriateThank you
