If I could give this place less stars I would. The management team doesnt deserve their titles! They are jokes and selectively choose who they accommodate or help succeed in the company. They have nasty attitudes which match their service towards their customers and employees. Corporate needs to come in and retrain them before they have another Starbucks end up in the news for racist behavior. If you want Starbucks the one on midlothian turnpike is the best in the arboretum!
Waited 25 minutes for one drink after placing an online order mid-morning. After 20 min I stood at the counter for 5 min, being ignored until I had to speak loudly to get someone’s attention to check on my order. They said they moved it to front of line. 10 more drinks came out and had to check on it again. The iced toasted vanilla oat milk espresso was terrible once I finally got it. Won’t be using this location again.
Venti matcha latte with light ice...so instead of replacing the ice with beverage, they repeatedly just leave a huge amount of room in the cup.
My drink was made exactly to order. They are fast at this Starbucks.
Quick and easy even ordering two venti lattes.
They act like they know what they are doing but they don't to much talking and not paying attention three strikes am out
This was the worst experience I've ever had. The staff was disorganized and loud. Orders were horribly backed up. The store was crowded with people waiting for their orders. If this was my first experience, I would never go again.
Music too loud can’t hear your name…. Feels like they yelling and just too much going on and too many hands touching tops of cups….Not happy today
I usually never have a problem with this location, but this morning has not been good for them. I placed an online order for two coffees, two sandwiches, a muffin, and a banana nut bread. My co-worker went and picked it up and when she got back they did not put the muffin, the banana bread, and one of the sandwiches. When I called and told them, the girl tried to say that my co-worker picked up the wrong bag. My co-worker went through the drive through, she did not go inside first of all. Second of all instead of trying to put the blame on someone else you should just apologize and make it right. The lady said that my co-worker could come back and pick up the correct order. When she got there they only put the muffin in the bag. My co-worker said there should be a sandwich and a banana bread in there. So they handed her two more bags. She drove off thinking that they would have gotten it right the second time around, but this did not happen. They gave here two more sandwiches, instead of one sandwich and a banana loaf bread. Not really sure what is going on this morning over there but I am a little disappointed and hesitant to go back to this location. i completely understand that things happen and orders get messed up, but it shouldn't happen the second time.
