Slow drive thru. Even with only 1 or 2 cars. They seem to prioritize the customers inside the restaurant over the drive thru. The one down the street in Powhatan is faster.
Dustin does a great job here. He’s very sweet and goes out his way to be a hard friendly worker. Love that he works here !!
Very nice place we enjoyed eve snacks , coffee & refreshers with family at this beautiful outlet. The staff is very courteous and helpful.
My favorite starbucks to visit! Everyone is always bright and cheery. Service is always fast, too!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They just serve you whatever drink they want. Meaning they don’t care about getting your order right. Long waits for overpriced watery coffee. I wish there were small independent coffee shops in this neighborhood who actually cared about customer service.
To expensive. If I did not have a gift card. No way. STARBUCKS 3.13FOR A CUP OF BLACK COFFEE. WAWA BETTER COFFEE 2DOLLARS CHEAPER..Starbucks even had a tip jar. At window... you could pay your help more.
I really wanted to give this Starbucks 5 ? but after 2 visits I can't. It is the only Starbucks near my home in Powhatan. Both visits in the drive-thru were disappointing and Very Slow. Today there was 2 cars in front of me, no customers inside. It took about 15 min for them to get their 1 drink. When it was my turn it took about 5 min for 1 drink. Don't waste your time! Now that there is a local coffee shop in Powhatan they will get my business.
......sad day for coffee .....seriously the worst made latte I had....I know starbucks is already bad in itself but when you make and serve something with no care....yeah....maybe next time...apparently today wasn't the batista day.
Ordered a coffee just a pike, no one else in the place, stood there for 15 min, and girl who took my order ignored me, when I spoke up and asked where my coffee was, her reply “be patient we’re training” all she had to do is pour a cup and hand it to me. She was purposely impolite
Nice Starbucks. My only complaint is the parking lot is hard to get out of if you are trying to go east on RT. 60.
