I went to this Starbucks with my friends today and the line was already really long we considered leaving but stuck around anyway. The guy at the register was really nice but had no idea what he was doing. It took so long for us to get our drinks, We ordered four and they got two of them wrong. They over charged me and I wouldn't recommend going here. I'm not planing on going to this Starbucks location again and I really wish I could get my money back.

The employees are always very kind & professional. To give a thanks to kindness. My daughter and I were in line yesterday at Starbucks & not sure who the person was in front of us but thank you for paying for our drinks. Your kindness led me to pay it forward. This is something we need now. Thank you!!!

Suzanne thank you for wonderful coffee :) you are the best:)

I spent a weekly nice amount of money in Starbucks. But ms. Anna with her attitude back makes me go shop to a different store. Simple order multiple times and always a problem. Unbelievable. You should train these millennium kids better!!

Near Kroger. Located in convenient place

This is my favorite Starbucks location. Everyone is always so friendly and accommodating and the drinks are always made perfectly.

Repeatedly, I've had a less than desirable experience at this particular store. Baristas much more concerned with talking among themselves than providing good customer service. Because the location is in the Kroger where I shop, I have often purchased a coffee to sip while I shop, prolly not again. My complaint is not with trainees but with seasoned staff. Done and done.

I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Late then got two or three sips into it when (totally my own fault) I spilled the entire cup. After I cleaned up the mess, the lovely Barista Emma very kindly offered to make me a new cup. What could be nicer than that?

While there are plenty of parking slots, the lot itself is rather cramped with narrow slots. Used to be a Kentucky Fried Chicken joint before being converted to Starbucks. As Starbucks goes, the inside of this place is fairly spacious. Can get rather busy in the mornings. There is a drive-thru window that adds to convenience.Their coffee, either you like'm or you don't. Their food is nothing special, cold fare or stuff just reheated in microwave, all at premium price.

The Starbucks in Kroger is rather disappointing. The staff is slow and not personable at all. The drink we ordered was not up to Starbucks' standards. Plus they were out of ingredients for some drinks (funny being in a grocery store). Not to mention the dead roach on one of the Starbucks cups for sale. Take the extra time and go across the street to the standalone Starbucks instead.
