I ordered through the Sonic app and got the food to-go. The waitress was super nice and poor thing was doing orders in a storm. I had a few difficulties figuring out how to tell them I was there in the app, but got it figured out eventually. My food came out pretty much right away after that.The Cheeseburger always is good in my opinion. I got jalapenos on it this time. It hit.Unfortunately, they forgot my ranch for my Ched 'R' Peppars (jalapeno poppers) and I made sure there were at least two on my order. I should have checked before I left. They are really good with ranch, but just OK without it. I was disappointed.The Coney Dog (chili dog) with jalapenos and onions was not bad. It had just a little bit of chili that was really salty. The hot dog also would have been better if grilled or something. It had the texture like it was boiled.I also tried the new Sour Patch Kids Slush Float. Super sweet and sugary like I expected. It was fun to try something like that once, but it is not something I would drink often. I liked the little chunk of Sour Patch Kids candy in it. I think I would have liked it more as a kid.
Drive thru was the only option which is weird because I like to go for the drive up booths literally the only reason I went was for the nostalgic times drive in order food and the sign saying drive thru only wasn't at the entrance food wasn't even good 2 out of 10 I can tell who ever cooked it wasn't cooking with love but just cooking it and waiting for them to clock out
Employees don’t Know how to work, I been 1h in the drive through just to pickup my order. Nobody there know what to do they’re just walking around the store. Not recommended at all ???
Placed an order on the app at about 7:25pm and waited in my car for 30 minutes and the food never came. Cars were moving through the drive through and the screen at the stall said my order was “in the kitchen” so I had no way of knowing that the place was actually abandoned. Called the other location and was told they have been closing early due to staffing issues, but if you’re going to do that at least turn the screens off and don’t let people order on the app!
This Sonic still struggles with staffing problems. It has gotten better post-COVID but it still has room for improvement. Foodwise, they are still hitting their mark every time. If you don't mind the wait it's still worth the visit.
Sonic is hit or miss these days. Either they are so overwhelmed and understaffed that you get ice cream soup, or it’s spot on and everything is perfect. ??♀️??♀️
Terrible… waited 30 minutes for my food. Everything was old so shouldn’t take 30 minutes for old food… didn’t include syrup with the French toast sticks (like how?) and forgot a whole order of tots
Ordered blasts in the drive through. I was handed them with icecream dripping down the sides with flimsy covers.They could have at least wiped them down or doubled up on the cup instead of handing it to me like that. Had to wipe them down With baby wipesIn the parking lot. All 3 were like that.Just a common courtesy thing, I worked in the service industry for quite a long time so I would have handled that differently.
I spoke to Sophia , stall 18 , March 30th 1:15 pm.This person should not be working with customers. Make her fry food or something. I’m quite shocked with her attitude. I came to make an order at the stall #18. she for some reasons could not hear me very well (plus I speak with a little accent , so it could be a little of a problem I guess ). And She asked me to speak louder so I did. At this moment she already talked to me like I owned her something, when I was really nice to her , adding please after each number of food I ordered. She never said could you speak louder please. No she gave me orders. And was rude the whole conversation. Then I asked her if she can hear me well now since I moved closer to the speaker , after she said she can’t hear me . She repeated previous question like she did t hear me. So I asked again if she can hear Me. She ignored it. And then She is like so do you want your onion rings or what ?! Teach this girl manners “how to say thank you, please”. I felt like I came to provide a service for her and she was rude and nasty client I had to deal with”.
We had the best service and food last night at this Sonic! We had this for a birthday choice. The person who served us was bery cheerful and enthusiastic. He made our day. Kindness goes a long way.
