Good service. Comfortable seating. Fried shrimp is okay. Catfish was not my favorite.
I ordered online and my food was ready when I got there, no waiting. I got a fish basket with hush puppies and banana pudding. Everything was delicious!
Although I love Skrimp Shack I must say my experience in MAY 18th 2022 early evening deserved no more than 3 stars. I asked Brittany via the cashier “”How’s the Haddock?” Her answer twice, “Pretty Good”. I will know in the future not to ‘take a chance’ on pretty good. I ordered the large basket, received 4 half pieces of fish 3 were overcooked and I ate around those edges. The meatiness of Haddock was not there. The fish was flat and as far as quality, it wasn’t fresh. I am not used to throwing away part of meals. I SHOULD have taken a photo. Truly disappointed. Alert: “Pretty good” equals substandard, not fresh or overcooked. dp
Great fresh fish and shrimp. Excellent customer service. I didn’t get his name but the cashier with the green cast on his arm was very friendly and helpful in helping us make our selections.
My first time here. I heard so much about it. They offered for a 4 night special shrimp po boys, big cat and shrimp po boys $5 between 8pm and up to 9 pm closing. Service was great and food was good.
I found out about this place about a month ago. All I can say is "I love the Catfish basket". The Shrimp & the Hush puppies are tasty as well.If you haven't tried their app it's a great way to beat the wait by ordering in advance.
I had an oyster po boy and while it tasted decent, it took me quite a while to actually start eating it. The presentation of the sandwich made me feel like a kid threw the sandwich together. The bread was dry and I had to ask for something to put on the sandwich and they tried to give me honey mustard. The sweet potato fries were clearly from a frozen bag and they were overcooked. I don't know how an establishment can have so many locations when they are just serving food that you can clearly get from the supermarket frozen section . People keep telling me that I need to eat out more ?. I say they need to learn to heat up their ovens. I can say that I'm glad I didn't pay for the food and I won't ever be back to that location even if it's a treat on anyone else. I wish I was a person that took pictures of my food because it was horrible to the eye and nothing to write about flavor wise either.
Food was delicious. Staff was very courteous. Will definitely be eating there again.
The staff was very nice in helping us with our orders. I asked what they recommended as it was my first time there and they gave specific items that I might instead of just saying general stuff. The food was great and they even brought it to our table since we were dining in. Everything was clean and they had spacious tables so nobody was on top of each other. I’ve passed this place so many times and was not disappointed when I finally stopped. It’ll be my to go to place after work and to bring my friends. Thanks for the welcoming service and yummy food!
Maybe I'm not ordering the right thing but my fish was in pieces..The Manger gave me replacement platter and its the same way
