Worst restaurant I have ever been to. I gave it a shot because of so many great reviews but pretty sure all the patrons were drunk when they ate their food... They had to be. I ordered a simple taco and burrito combo. The taco had what looked like a string cheese stick just laying on top, not even shredded cheese. Took a bite and the taco had zero flavor other than the shell. The meat literally had no flavor and neither did the cheese which was odd. I took a bite of refried beans and spit them out. The taste was horrendous, like they were burnt. My stomach instantly started to turn. The rice was soggy and again zero flavor. Also ordered the grilled chicken street tacos, daughter said they taste just like clorox wipes. My daughter wouldn't eat them and I tried them and sure enough, they tasted like clorox wipes. She instantly spit out her beans and started coughing because the taste was so atrocious. Needless to sat, we sent our food back. The fries in my littles kids combo were good and so was my glass of water. But that's about it. I asked my waiter to take the food back that we didnt want it and to just bring me a check for the kids meal and drinks. He brought my check back and slammed it on the table and walked away. I recommend one of the other mexican restaurants near by. I have no idea how this place is still in business.
Just called to place an order and the meal was $130. It was too much so I called back and told the guy on the phone that I wanted to cancel the order and he replied with “Oh my god.” He also said “the order has been made and you can’t cancel it” (it was only 5 minutes since I first called him and they always take forever to give you your food) Then he threatened me saying “I have your phone number.” COMPLETE DISRESPECT. Deserves to be fired and out of this business
Our waiter was rude and unfriendly. The first batch of chips we got were cold and so was the queso we ordered. We had to ask another waiter for our drinks because our waiter never came back with them. We ordered margaritas and they tasted very syrupy and watered down. I ordered quesadilla pachita, which is supposed to come with potatoes, but did not. We again had to ask the other waiter for the potatoes because our waiter did not come and check on us during our whole lunch. Lastly we didn't get to order dessert because our waiter dropped our bill off before we had a chance.
Oh my! This place is wonderful. The food is just out of this world ?. Custamerservice they are so nice. The place is so clean. So do i have any thing negative to say? Nope i do not. The manager has taken care of my families two Catering events, and they have also supplied my churches catering events. They are dynamite they serve for perfection! I love you guys. Keep up the hard work your kindness and dedication. You rock!God bless yall.
Small, but great tasting food. Service was quick. They did mess up a drink order, but the server caught it and fixed it right away.
Just great food. Everyone helpful & smiling. Even behind the masks you can tell they had great smiles.
Usually the food is always good but this time the vegan quesadilla had chicken in it.
We had the best dinner here! Hot delicious meal and the best service we have had in a long time! The staff were super friendly and accommodating, they checked on us several times and we appreciated that very much. The restaurant was clean and well managed. We will return! Thank you Rico's!!
Cheese dip here is the best
I love their food, so delicious and tasty, with very Mexican flavors, and the customer service is very nice, they are very gentle.
