The service was good. No waiting on a Saturday at dinner time. Most of the food was good. The parrot isle coconut shrimp is fabulous! My daughter got a steak which was very juicy and tender and actually exceeded our expectations for a seafood place! Hubby got the lobster topped stuffed flounder and he said it was very good. My dish was not so good. I had the garlic shrimp skewers with broccoli and a side salad. The salad was perfect. The broccoli was raw and tasted horrible. The shrimp was both burnt and undercooked at the same time. Some of them were good, others were not. I don't know if they were having trouble with the grill or what, but some of the shrimp tasted like lighter fluid. I got very sick later that night. I won't eat that dish again. The waitress forgot to bring our drink refills so I sat there until most of my food was ice cold because I had nothing to drink. The appetizer and food were all brought out in a timely manner, so overall the service was good, this was just a big deal to me because I choke easily if I don't have something to drink when I'm eating. Anyway, I would probably eat here again and just order a steak and salad.
We went here for dinner on friday night. Expected delays because it's friday AND due to staffing shortages. It's like that everywhere and we were planning on being patience!!! We were told there was a 30 minute wait..... not bad for a Friday!!! But we were seated in 5 minutes!! Some of the tables were not being used I assume due to staffing issues. We were prepared to wait at our table for service. BUT.... our waitress immediately came out, took our drink orders, and then our food. Another person stepped in to help (she said our waitress had a spill?? Maybe a manager??). Anyway, our service was fast and efficient, food was hot and delicious, and follow up was timely!! A fantastic experience!! Thank you to all the folks at this Red Lobster for giving us a delightful evening!! We appreciate all your hard work and efforts!! ?
Very nice staff, the food was great, and a very clean restaurant! The service provided throughout our dinner was on point, timely & attentive!Photos Complimentary of the Google Pixel 6 Pro
Food n service was fair. They try you can tell. Felt that the server was a veteran server n over confident didn't deliver so it made service that much worse.Food is pricey. You look for that one dish that is more than fair when wanting a meal that's easier on your pocketbook n comparable to same type of pillar restaurants.Hard pressed to bring a family at a budget.
We met another couple to visit and have a nice meal. It had been a while since we ate at a Red Lobster. The staff were excellent. The atmosphere were pleasant and soothing. The menu options were great. Our meals were universally enjoyed. We were there over two hours and had a wonderful visit without feeling rushed
My meal wasn't good at all meat not cooked sent back came back like it was when I sent it back. My husband went for all you can eat shrimp didn't have it because of it being valentines day what he got was cold and didn't get everything he ordered. Was very disappointed.
Took the wife out for a bite to eat and had the taste for seafood. This location offers a wide variety of menu options and the service was great.
This is only 1/2 of what was wrong what our to go order. On top of the food being super cold when we got it. The food was disgusting, tasted nothing like the other restaurants we have been to. The Scampi had NO flavor. It tasted like all oil & was GREEN!
The experience was excellent!! The customer service was friendly and accommodating. The server was as well. The meal was delicious ? The Thursday lunch deal. The entire Shrimp Meal was great. The food was hot and the service was timely. It was actually Veterans Day 2021. Great Time.
Update: 4 years later and not much has changed. The steak was tender, but flavorless. Same for the fried cod, and the fried baby scallops, which the breading kept sliding off of. Shrimp and lobster were just ok. Baked potatoes were a little firm. Cheddar biscuits are still delicious. Red Lobster is charging way too much for these meals.PREVIOUSLY: Went here for my daughter's birthday. It was a Sunday evening and not very crowded. We were seated immediately. Nevertheless, service was slow. We had to ask for silverware. One member of our party requested dressing for her salad, which the waiter forgot to bring on his next two visits to our table. My son's chicken tenders were not brought out with the rest of the entrees when they were finally served. We had to mention this to the waiter as he never noticed. I ordered steak cooked medium well and shrimp. The steak was cooked well done and was flavorless. One member of our party ordered shrimp scampi that seemed to have almost no garlic in it. Several of the dishes were prepared incorrectly. Broccoli was not cooked completely. It was a joke. The waiter couldn't even confirm if the mashed potatoes were freshly made. For the prices that are charged for the entrees, I expected much more, literally and figuratively. In addition to the sub par quality of the food, the portion sizes were also lacking and failed to mirror what is shown in the menu. The only saving grace was the cheddar biscuits, which were delicious as usual, however, in typical fashion, we had to wait another 20 to 30 minute after requesting a second batch (from the manager) before we received any more. We were also advised that Red Lobster no longer does anything for birthday guests, other than sing. So despite having spent nearly $100, my daughter who was celebrating her 15th birthday, was not even offered a simple bowl of vanilla ice cream. Suffice it to say, my family will not be returning to Red Lobster anytime soon (at least this location) and I would caution anyone else to temper your expectations. You will likely be disappointed. Except for those cheddar biscuits...
