I have been here a couple of times and it's been pretty lackluster. When ordering online they seem to skimp on portions. I asked for extra rice, meat and fajitas and my burrito was tiny! To put in perspective I could have gotten a bowl and got twice as much food. I used to love Qdoba but portions aren't consistent and the food can sometimes not taste fresh too. Hopefully it's just this restaurant and not the other ones!
This place has definitely taken a positive turn around. I work at Gather, behind this location, and frequent there for lunch as it is a convenient option. I've been disappointed in the past as far as service, food quality etc, but I am now wow'd at the awesome service I'm receiving. It's a great experience, great atmosphere, and food looks fresher and more appealing as well as tastes great! The new manager told me about the app for rewards and even took time to help me with it. She also suggested catering for our workplace, which we will be using in the future. NeIthink her name is Amy? But good addiw,tion to this location. I've even got my coorkers frequenting there more bc the exprience is awesome. Great customer service here!
This is a different breed of bussin food. The staff were super friendly and even gave recommendations. The inside was super clean the food was fresh and delicious and it was made very quickly. We will be back :D
I just left the restaurant located at 14279 Winterview Pkwy, Midlothian, VA 23113.I was fortunate to have Brooklyn take and prepare my order. I hope this review gets seen by her manager, coworkers and someone at the corporate level because she was very courteous and went the extra mile to saute unseasoned fajitas for me. I've been to other locations that refused to accommodate my request.Thanks Brooklyn for going the extra mile for one person.
Placed a take out order online - both bowls in my order were inaccurate (meat and rice options were wrong) and the meat was cold. Very disappointing for the price.
Oh, my this place was awful! The food was thrown together and extremely cold!
I have been to this location three times since it opened, and every time there have been issues. Today, the drive thru lane took forever when the line wasn’t very long. Then when I got to the window, they hadn’t even started making my burrito. I had to just get a refund because the staff wasn’t attending to customers. One of them had spilled an entire bag of queso on the floor, the kid at the drive thru said there was no manager on duty, and it was clear my order wasn’t the priority. He was very apologetic but it was clear he was in over his head. I won’t be going to this location again.
I’ve been there three times. Once at lunch time around 1:00pm, second time around 5:00pm and the third at 8:30pm. Each time they were short on ingredients. You can see several empty containers with no toppings in them. And it’s not as if the place is crowded. Just employees standing around and talking. When you ask for a topping or protein, they shrug and look to the kitchen and say, “we don’t have that right now.” I wanted to give this place a chance but it’s been disappointing thus far.
Qudoba was one of my favorite places to eat. They were very nice with their serving sizes of the burritos. The last two times I have been I have received a burrito that can fit in the palm of my hand. I've tried to ask them to put extra ingredients in it to try to get them to make a normal size burrito but they neglecte the order and give me the same pitiful tortilla ball. Now they have increased the price by $3 and still give out tennis ball size burritos...it's not that the people are new, I have seen them everytime I go for the past three months. I'm sorry but this is getting ridiculous and there doesn't seem to be any way to rectify the situation.
I never write reviews of any kind. But for this experience, I must. Single-handedly the worst food experience I’ve ever had. Ordered a burrito to go, the rice was so hard and dried out I almost broke my tooth biting into it. Not to mention, they were out of queso. Do not eat here unless you want to be disappointed.
