I was really disappointed in my last visit. Margarita on the rocks with no salt was ordered but I received one with salt. I don't like salt so sent it back. All they did was either wipe the salt off the rim or pour it in a new glass-either way, salt got in my drink. I sent it back again and asked for a fresh drink and they finally got it right! The salsa was allowed to run out with 5 people at our table! They did get my meal order right and it was delicious, but the margarita issue earned them only 2 stars! Pay more attention to the drink orders and when a drink is sent back because it has salt, don't pour it in a new glass and get salt in the drink! No salt means no salt.
Always good food here. Love how fast the food comes out. Everything's always tasty.Ordered a Burrito Chipotle, which says it comes with chicken, rice, beans, and peppers. Waiter asked me if I wanted rice or beans. I showed him where it says on the menu it's rice AND beans. He smiled, and it came with just rice. Hmm.
Nope. We been looking for good tex mex food in Midlothian. Our quest continues. This has a active bar scene but the food it a big no go. Food is nuked and low quility. I orderd a combo meal with a taco and two cheese enchiladas with rice. It came out yellow sauce and drizzled with low quility cheese. The staff works hard but the food is not good. Bar scene is active. Taco bell or chipolte is a better deal at have or less the price.
Good sized restaurant with a nice decor and delicious food. The menu is extensive & has innovative recipes. Servings are generous and parking is ample. Personnel are friendly and helpful. Most of them are Hispanic, which enhances the overall atmosphere.
After having to seat ourselves, the waiter only gave us 2 menus for 3 people. Sitting there for 15 minutes, we finally got our drink orders. We placed our order and it didn’t take too long. Got the food. Sent mine back because it was cold, my daughters had a hair in hers and her food was over cooked and hard. My husband was served a chunk of meat with so much fat in it. We asked for the manager but the waiter came. Told him everything and he asked to see the hair. Really? After sitting through this horrible lunch, you wanted me to save a hair and set it on the table while we continued to eat? Plaza has really gone down.
Food: Our meals were exactly what we expected from and had great flavor.Atmosphere: Classy and clean.Service: Order was promptly taken and served in an appropriate amount of time with servers checking in for chip and drink refills.Overall we left full and happy! Great place for a date or family meal.
Friday night at 6pm. Extremely busy!!! We waited around 20 minutes for a table for a party of 11. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Our waiter did a good job even though he appeared to be taking care of numerous tables. The food was hot a good. We have been here quite a few times, but have never seen that many people before.
PRICE INCREASES ON NEW MENU ARE RIDOCULOUS. 3.00 more for a meal we regularly get. This has always been my favorite Mexican Rest. that we visited often. Sadly won't be doing it anymore. Service was very delayed today as well. This was 330, so not busy at all.
I've been going to this location ever since it opened. I'm from Powhatan but live in Midlothian now and I have always refused to get my mexican food from anywhere else. They have the best margaritas, food is always on point, amazing service, and the general manager Walter is one of a kind.
The birria tacos are so good! had a wonderful first experience here
