They were out of original pan pizza ….which is like huh?? Don’t you have dough like?? Anyways fine whatever …then they delivered our food and forgot the wings….dude had to go all the way back to get them and bring them back which was very nice of him and the dude was nice. I asked for well done pizza (which is not an abnormal request believe believe it or not lol) - it actually seemed undercooked if that’s possible. The wings were really gross too. Pizza Hut has gone downhill so bad. Even the one by where we used to live was bad, I was really hoping this was going to be good. Also not that I was expecting anything for free bc of the few issues but like throw in a dessert or something for the hassle geez. I’m a small business owner myself if I had multiple issues with an order I would offer something to be nice.
Pizza Hut as a company sponsors a program called book it. Recently they added a book called “Wig It” to this program. This book promotes kids K-3 to become drag queens and is disgusting in taste. Boycott Pizza Hut.
I ordered the big dinner box with one pepperoni and one cheese pizza with light on the sauce and extra cheese, honey BBQ wings and cheese sticks. My cheese pizza was neither light on the sauce and had no extra cheese. The wings were a complete joke. It was chicken with a small drizzle of sauce. I would've had more sauce with a dipping package from McDonald's. One star is to many to give but they didn't have any lower.
The pan veggie special is absolutely delightful.The pizza is above par for every order.The crust is baked perfect and the toppings are always fresh.Recommend it
The quality feels lacking for the price as the price has increased. I tend to choose Pizza Hut or another chain when I want a sub $10 pizza and the local mom and pop shop when I want a quality $20 pizza. Kind of ridiculous to pay $20 for a pizza chain quality pizza.
I gave this place a one star only because I had to rate it! I ordered from them on Thursday and my wings were horrible ... they were burnt with very little sauce and my ranch dressing,that I paid extra for, was not in the bag. The only good thing I can say about this place is the girl that delivered my food as she was fantastic! This is the second time I have had a horrible experience with this location and I won't order again!!
During my visit to the store, two employees were arguing near the front of the cash register (over deliveries and who would take which deliveries). A great deal of profanity, posturing, and insults were said by both employees. There was no re-direction given by management nor was there any acknowledgment or apology given for the behavior that had transpired while I was waiting for my pizzas to come out of the oven. I became severely uncomfortable in the store and I should have not been made to feel like that at a pizza hut establishment. Pizza Hut! You have to do better!
It's Pizza Hut, so you know what you're getting. Only pickup and delivery, no dine in. Food was fresh and hot for pickup.
2 stars because the pizza was on time, however pizza was horrible and ordered stuffed crust and as you can see in picture, where is the cheese??? Just a little.... NEVEr will order from here!!! The taste was horrible too... ?
Previously pizza has been pretty good from this location. Ordered on 12/7. App said a 2+ hour wait. Called and asked store to cancel order. Order still shows as pending on APP. Tried to contact Pizza Hut via their APP and the APP kicked me out. Just not gonna bother with these guys any more. Dominoes is already on the way.
