There was a large black hair cooked into one of the slices of pizza. I noticed it when I took a bite. This was disgusting and I almost threw up. I am completely disappointed especially with the current requirements for cleanliness. This should have never happened!!!
I ALWAYS order extra sauce on my pizza. This location NEVER does it. This order I added extra sauce AND wrote it in comments. Per usual it was not done. I always order thin and crispy and this pizza had pieces that had NO sauce much less extra.
I never have any major issues with the Pizza Hut, located off of Hull Street Road. They are always good to the customers and willing to help whenever possible?.
The associate who rang up my payment was a bit late in noticing my order was ready. Also, I was missing the marinara sauce for my breadsticks. Still, it was a quick prep time from when I placed my order until it was ready. But it would be nice to feel that those waiting on me thought enough of my business to be more attentive.
The pizza was really good. The wait was too long. Over an hour for delivery.
We found out 25 minutes before our order was scheduled for delivery (which we ordered at least 2 hours before) that a delivery driver would not be coming in until 6pm. We scheduled our order for 5pm. My husband went to pick up the order with the agreement from the store manager that the driver’s tip and the delivery fee would be removed from the total. This was not done and the bill was the same and not edited. On a lighter note, this is the first time in a long time that our order has been correct.
After having to call and wait on hold I was informed my delivery time was moved from just over an hour to 3 hours. They then told me it would take 3 business days to process my refund. Terrible experience.
Rather than the staff standing around talking, pay attention to the customers and their orders. My order was confirmed at 5:15 pm 11/13/21 for a 15-20 minutes pick up time. I arrived at the place for Curbside pickup, park right in front of the door approximately 5:53pm, texted that I had arrived and was response stated we will be out with your order once it is ready. I finally pulled into a parking space and just observed the staff inside. I finally called in to the place, first time I was put on hold and no one ever came back to the telephone. The next time I called in the young lady said they were very busy and that my order would be brought right out and the order was brought out to me at 6:15 pm.
I know having enough staffi is a factor everywhere now but much faster delivery times are needed.
Actually send the order and not cancel it without notifying the customer, an hour and a half later I called to find out if my order was coming and the store had cancelled it due to no delivery driver. It they had called text me I would have picked up at store I was not given that option.
