We took a break from ordering here for a couple months because the quality of our orders was really poor. Decided to give them another try the other day and this was the result. Pretty much sums up our experience.
Just generally annoyed with this papa John's. 2 times in a row now massive air bubbles in the pizza. Just busted all together.
managers don't properly train employees, don't wash their hands, orders get backed up by more than half an hour sometimes
Not much cheese , I asked for extra cheese. The crust is poor. The employee said it would take only 5 minutes to make. Good thing I wasn’t in a hurry because took more like , 20 minutes late
Papa Johns has been our go to for delivery pizza. Normally, everything is great and satisfying, not tonight, 11/19/2021.We ordered a large Super Hawaiian, which had barely any pineapple or Canadian bacon, and somehow chicken ended up on our pizza. The pizza crust was sub par, not the usual Papa John Pizza crust.The cheesey bread initially looked great but the crust was separating, old crust was used to make it.We also ordered garlic knots, like we always do because you can't get Papa Johns with out garlic knots. The garlic knots are usually large enough that it takes three good size bites to eat. Tonight the garlic knots must have been sent through a shrinking machine because all eight of them were bite size and extremely small, around an inch big.We understand that their are staffing issues, supply chain problems, but quality of the product and the customer service your providing to your customers comes from within the individual that owns the franchise and their employees.If you can't do it right, don't do it at all. Give me your franchise and everyone will get amazing pizza.
We have been going to Papa Johns as our regular pizza place. This time we ordered two medium, two topping pizzas both of which had almost no toppings, and cheese / sauce did not cover - there were more than 2 inches of crust with no sauce or cheese.
Why would you not offer delivery if your only ll minutes away?
My app said pick up in 15 minutes, I arrived 25 minutes, app says ready, employees not ready! Still waiting…now I know why I never order from here, the free pizza coupon I had wasn’t worth it!
Do not order here!I ordered on the phone. Was quoted 20.49 as my price, and 25-30 minutes for delivery.Instead - 1 hour and 40 minutes later, we received cold pizza. The ticket showed that it had been out for delivery for over an hour. And we were charged $29 not $20. We almost refused delivery, but our kids were starving and it was about 10 minutes past bedtime at this point.Then - we open the box - and the pizza is smashed. Half the toppings stuck to the lid, some fell back on the pizza, but - gross!Needless to say we will never order from here again.
The guys that made my pizza and brownie on this good Friday night were awesome! Five stars for their excellent customer service! :)
