Consisteny the Slowest service I have ever encountered, espscially for something as simple as coffee. Usually takes them 20min for it to be ready. Pathetic.
I wish this location would close and reopen when they have employees that can accurately read an order and not have people wait 10 to 15 minutes to place an order to begin with. Upon receiving my order I had to ask for a manager that wasn't even available. I had 2 missing items that no one seemed to be able to comprehend on how I ordered it the first time. I love Panera but ill drive the extra few minutes to go to a different location...
A few hiccups a few years ago with our orders never being right have been corrected. Also a quick in and out when we pick up dinner
Went there to try the new spicy chicken sandwich. It was very disappointing. The sandwich was supposed to have fried pickle chips. My sandwich only had fried pickle chip crumbs. I won't try that sandwich again.
This is one of my all time favorite locations as it seems to be just far enough off the beaten path I can enjoy a conversation during lunch without having to yell. The food here has always been what you would expect from Panera's served with excellent customer service.
Love my discounted bagels on Tuesday. The guy on the window is so personable. I just love the customer service he provides. Keep it up. And I will keep coming.
For the price $14 for drink, half sandwich & soup I would expect they can at least bring to to my table not to mention they forgot my cookie and I didn't realize until I got home! Personally wouldn't go there at all but have a group meeting there weekly.
I enjoyed the service and food though I hope one day they get to serve completely 100 whole wheat bread.
Stopped by to get a southwest chicken salad and a cup of chicken noodles of soup to go got home had the southwest salad no dressing the chicken noodle soup was warm at best go back to the restaurant where they then inform me they do not have any dressing for the salads,
Drive through Closed!!!! I asked why and was told "do to staffing shortage". Seriously I saw 4 employees standing around doing nothing, they couldn't even stop there conversation long enough to let me know my food was ready. How many people does it take to say " Welcome to Panera, can I take your order?". Poorly managed location. Good luck on ordering online and getting them to bring it out. I waited 30 minutes past my "ready time" to receive my cold food. Shame on me for going back again.
