The service at this location is horrible. My advice is avoid going to this location. I would rate the Manager 'Jen' (called herself Jen instead of giving her legal name) a 0 star. They never bring out curbside pick ups. After waiting 10+mins and having to go inside several times with kids, my husband decided to call the store. Her response was a short 'the world is short staffed'. That's true but people pick curbside service for different reasons and if you don't have enough staff to do curbside, don't give the option on your app. Also, have some manners and appologize to your customers. Last week they sent half the food we ordered and when I called the store 'Jen's answer was 'accidents happen'. She was so rude and unapologetic. If she doesn't know how to speak to a customer with a valid complaint, she shouldn't be in customer service. My family loves panera food but we will not go back there again.
I've been a fan for a long time. I have to shout out to the freshness of their menu. I've recently been hooked on the new BBQ Chicken sandwich. They best part is that they kids are always happy to confess as well.
One of my family's favorite places for breakfast. The food is good, curb side pickup is very convenient, and the staff is cheerful and good at their jobs.
I am a vegetarian so I don't go to Panera often. But I do love their cinnamon crunch bagels with cream cheese. They are to die for. Yesterday I had a horrifying headache and hadn't eaten all day, so when I got my appetite back, I had an overwhelming need for a bagel. Panera it was. I got a plain one for the first time - cinnamon was just too much yesterday. The lady was so friendly and nice, I ended up getting a heart cookie for my kiddo and a baguette as well. I'm still shocked at how reasonable it was too. And my bagel was ready in like 2 seconds. So light fluffy and crispy. Literally made my day. And the baguette is still crispy today. Also the cookie was delicious - lemon shortbread flavored! My kid literally gave me a crumb.
Excellent food and order process. However, facility has signs of high traffic. Focus needs to be placed on a good clean and refresh for dine-in customers.
Horrible. Ordered curbside and waited 30 minutes and NOBODY came outside. I have covid and I needed to go inside to find my own order with an old coffee and old food seating there
Don’t order delivery from this location. Food was delivered without a simple knock on the door or doorbell ring. Food say outside until soup got cold and salad got warm. When I called they blamed door dash instead of offering me my money back. Cheaper to go somewhere else.
The curbside service is awful. I arrived and did the notification to let them know I was there and 15 mins later still no food! Had to call inside to get order and they had to redo it! Second time they took about 8 mins to bring order to the car. By then all the whip cream on my coffee had had disapated into the drink and it looked like it was spilled as the drink level was almost at half a cup! Again, they had to redo the drink order!☹️
Place was very busy. The staff was hustling and very nice. Service was fairly quick. The chocolate croissant was delicious! Can't wait to have the chance to go back.
Loved their broccoli soup. Little overpriced for the small cup size but was really good.
