No one greeted us even after standing there for a good 3 minutes, and yes they saw us. I got 3 entre and one was low. They said it would be right out. I waited. Nothing. So i asked for my other items so we could sit down and get started. Every single table was dirty and all trash bins were over flowing. After finishing and ready to go, I realized I never got my other entre. So a good 20-25 mins has gone by and they never brought it to me. I had to go get it, which is fine, but then I had to prove I paid and didn't get it before they would give it to me. The same people were still working as when I ordered and paid! All around, not a good experience!
So masky in there. We couldn't understand what the lady behind the counter was saying. Did not see a single smiling employee. Manager wouldn't let my wife get the bottle water that my daughters meal should've come with. The food was ok, not great. I think is was cooked with anger instead of love. Don't come here for the friendly nice employees. You will find grumpy pants and masks everywhere.
Panda express is the only food I eat that I do not cook myself. This particular Panda Is fine I give it 3 stars because I do not condone the practice of putting the last little bit of old food on top of a giant steaming pan of fresh food.. I watched the guy mix the brown greens into a beautiful fresh pile of perfectly cooked bright green veg that I waited 7 minutes to be cooked. Usually when that happens I just leave the guy standing there holding my platter and I get in my car and leave. But I needed to eat so I just picked out all the brown slimy kale out and smashed it in my face hole. The proteins were ? just too many extraneous veg in the protein.
I went to this location and waited around 30 mins for the family feast deal. When I got home I realized they forgot an entire chicken meal & white rice. I immediately called the location and was told they would put my name on a list to comp this mistake and no receipt necessary.Today I went through the drive through and told them above and the manager said they could not help me. Good times.
Very good food. Good prices. Pleasant staff unlike any location in DC.
We ordered our meal and at the register asked for chop sticks.After we got an eye roll from an employee she set our food down and walked away.Another employee came by and said do you need something…….like we were in the way. When she came back with chop sticks she threw them in a bag and handed it to us. I said I don’t think that’s our food. We were shewed away. After driving 20 minutes to where we were going to eat we opened it and it was not our food
Horrible customer service. Had to practically beg for them to give me silverware… they really need to learn some speaking skills when it comes to customer service. Don’t yell at the customer. I understand you are busy and are in a panic it give me anxiety thinking about the shear panic in the employees voices.
First time I had ever visited a Panda Express and I was really impressed with the great service, clean restaurant and really good food for the money.
On Sat 15 Jan evening I observed solid highly motivated crew who worked quickly with close loop communication. Good greeting too. Seems most are college students. My order was done in timely manner even with freshly cooking the item. Panda has gone a long way. I'm glad the $15/hr rate attracts diligent, efficient individuals.
Food at this place os excellent but now they start hiring unprofessional workers that they don't know what to do and how to serve customers. At least they should give them proper training before coming forward to serve customers.
