Ordered my food via drive thru but had to pull around the front & wait a few mins, ok cool. I was never asked if I needed sauce. After checking my food I noticed no sauce in the bag, get out the car & both doors to the inside were locked. Why???? So if I really wanted the soy sauce I’d have to get in the drive thru line all over again. Luckily I think I have some at home. I hate the service at Panda Express. I’m done this time
Everytime i go there and the tall mexican guy is serving the food, he count out four shrimp as a portion then over charge me on my food, today i had a mexican couple infront of me and a mexican couple behind me, he loaded all of the mexican people trays to the top but made mine as like i was on a diet or something, i stayed behind to see how much was he going to charge the mexican behind me and he charged him the same as what i was charged but the mexican guy tray was loaded, i wounder what is going on here??? Hmmm...i will not be going back to this location ever again, I hope the owners see my review and do something about this because this is unacceptable and unfortunately it happens every time the big goofy mexican is serving the food, if you want to treat others bad just so you can please your own kind you are in the wrong place and wrong buisness for that buddy, you just lost two loyal customers, me and my fiance
Every time I go here the food is not fresh.. it tastes like it has been sitting out. Last time i went there it was cold and I asked for a new order, they just so happen to be putting a new batch out. Who knows how old the one I first received was. This time I went and the sweet fire chicken was hot but the orange was not. Lo mein is never hot and fresh. I hate to complain but to pay $10 for food and it not be fresh is a problem
Food was good put was underserved on portions, ordered the shrimp and was given only 4 pieces. The lady initially gave me six but flicked two back, four pieces of shrimp isn’t a lot of food.
panda express can be hit or miss, but this location is hands down the best. Food freshly cooked, quick replenishment of low items, generous portion, energetic staff who takes your order accurately and quickly, I can go on and on. I guess that $15 to $20 does translate to quality employees and satisfied customers. My personal favorite is the super green option with kale, broccoli etc for sides. Other sites just offer tons of carbs!
Only in this location! I did order sesame honey chicken was terrible, no flavor, no meat (chicken skin fry) My first time in this location and very disappointed.
I usually don't do chain reviews. For anyone that has been curious about Panda Express, I have had no desire to go to any other Chinese restaurant like all the _____ Garden ones or even the fancier ones. I think this franchise can serve as a model for the rest. Also, it is very clean from what I've seen and that's saying a bunch being you can actually see the entire kitchen. You don't want to know how some of the other places prep their food.
This location on Midlothian is way much better than the one on West broad street near Short Pump they gave me my money's worth at this locationThe food was better also the rice wasn't dry like the one on West Broad St.
Clean and friendly. However the vegetables were hard to eat specially the broccoli not cooked correctly and the Lo Mein was undercooked.
Your usual Panda Express, but I received top notch customer service.
