Maybe I'll change it back to a higher rating in the future, but I can't give them anything more than 1 star when I drove 25min each way only to find out that they had added veggies to my order for no reason. I hadn't eaten anything all day and now I'm stuck eating air until dinner since whoever made my order can't read and they ruined my noodles. It's not even like it belongs in buttered noodles to begin with... they've also been forgetting things that I've paid for more and more in the last couple of months. I won't be back for a while. At least not to this location.
If you like the franchise this is a great place to stop! Over the years the staff has consistently delivered noodle dishes quickly and friendly.
For our first time at Noodles and Company we decided we would eat inside rather than take out. The staff was friendly with helping us making our choices. Food was delicious.My one complaint is that the HVAC was loud and echoed even worse with the tall ceilings. It was hard to hear any conversation held at normal speech volume. I imagine this is more of a complaint towards the chain/facilities and so it does not affect my rating of my overall experience
Staff was friendly and worked quickly during lunch rush. However, the setup allows food to get cool during busy times. Since going to takeout containers only, portions have gotten much smaller, with prices staying the same.
Service was quick and friendly. Place was very clean. Food was good and you have a good selection on the menu for whatever taste you have.
Great service, good selection of pasta, overall clean/modern atmosphere and dining area. We've came a few times now and nothing has really "wow'd" us. The kids have tried new things, but again nobody ever finishes their meal. This seems to be a personal preference issue, but overall not a preferred spot to eat (especially at the price point).
Nothing wrong with the food, nothing special either. The place is clean and the service was relatively quick. Why only 2 stars? The price. The price for 2 small basic Wisconsin Mac and Cheese orders and 2 small drinks came to over $17. Seventeen dollars for just 2 small servings of Mac and Cheese? Nope, not going back. I can go to other places to eat and get a better value for seventeen dollars.
This is my first time trying them and have passed by many times. I will continue to pass by. The employees were pleasant, but I was not impressed with the amount of food I received for $11.93. I ordered the tortelloni garlic cream and added chicken and it just tasted ok. For the money I will pass.
The employees were very helpful in working with us while we used some coupons. The food is good. I'm partial to the spicy Korean beef!
Ordered pot stickers. Rcvd them via Door Dash clearly burnt. Called to make aware and was told what could not be done. Heather had horrible customer service. I wanted to understand how you can prepare someone's food and see that its burnt then package food for delivery.
