Not impressed and was disappointed. Today was our 1st time and we're disappointed after hearing good things. Food was nothing to brag about, just ok. The hostess was rude!!! This is the 1st impression of the restaurant and she was rude. Didn't even bother to say hello or she never even spoke to us. Just plain rude!! The upside was restaurant was clean.
Today was our 1st time going after hearing good things about this place and was disappointed. The hostess (if that) was rude. She didn't even talk to us or smile, more like we interrupt her from something (she was just behind the stand on her phone). Bad welcoming for restaurants 1st impression. Our waiter was nice and food was bland. Not impress. The upside is the restaurant was very clean. We won't be back.
Lunch with my sister was fantastic. We shared a basket of fresh chips and delicious salsa.Even though we ordered from the lunch menu, the portions were huge. I took home half of the Texas Fajitas, that were so good! My sister loved the shrimp chimichanga. The margaritas are excellent.This is the first time I've dined at Mi Jalisco but I'll be back soon!
Amazing food, great prices, our family generally comes once a week or every two weeks. **killer margaritas**Sadly they don't have taco tuesday specials :( (only downside!)
What a great experience! We've been several times recently and they have taken great care of us every time. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The service with both food and drinks (try the huge margaritas!) is always fast. They're great with my kids too.There are so many things I want to try on the menu, we'll definitely keep coming back!Photos are the Jalapeño margarita, Pollo al Chipotle and a kid's meal. Food was perfectly seasoned and served piping hot!Thank you team at Mi Jalisco!
Food was pretty good. Service and cleanliness was not so good. Food for our party of 7 showed up around 5 minutes apart each. Noticed that my daughter’s silverware she was given, specifically her knife, had clearly not been cleaned from previous customer, displaying a thick layer of leftover food film all over. Shared with waitress and her verbal response (which was nothing) and non-verbals demonstrated she could give a sh!&. Again, food good but service and cleanliness is questionable at best. IMO, Avoid this place if sanitation and cleanliness matter to you these days.
Service and food was average. Menu is almost too large for it's own good. Restaurant itself is updated inside. Kitchen is fast getting your order to the table.
Ordered by phone, was told 10 minutes. Show up 20 minutes later, told 10-15 more minutes, they were busy. Came in 15 minutes later, I was once again told in another 15 minutes. I would have no issue if they were honest with their time frame. I asked what’s the status or pending order? No answer. I said what’s preventing it from being another 15 minutes if there is no order or pending que? Did not ask name, order #. So, didn’t seem to matter when I ordered or where we stood. No response. Was excited to try this place for the first time, I will never attempt again. I understand being busy, being dishonest on time or just throwing out numbers with no sort of tracking, is lazy and disorderly. Oh, never got my food.
