The place was really dirty this visit!!! They forgot what I ordered. They found my burger sitting around and threw food in a bag. No ketchup for my fries. I may be sounding a little petty right now but this was my absolute favorite McDonald's. I literally pass about 5 other McDonald's to eat there because their food was always good and always fresh.The staff was friendly as usual. I'm just hoping they just had that one bad day
Great service. Staff is friendly and pretty consistent, only had a couple instances where a cause was forgotten and orders for the most part are spot on. I use the mobile ordering app and the process is seamless. Only 4 stars because after 10pm the lines can get long and wait times pretty high, I’ve waited 30-40 minutes later at night (I assume staffing issues, but even though they were probably the strained they were still very friendly) in the drive through. Since my order is online and I check in when I get there my order is quick to come out once I’m at the window, but the food isn’t always hot because it’s been sitting. But before night time, they are solid. Delivering is great too, they kill it when it comes to getting their dashers orders out.
So me and my friend go there and I ask for a Coke just a coke because I needed to take my medication and the drive thru guy was extremely rude. When I asked for a coke he responded by saying “oh my god” in very hostile tone like I was ruining his night. Then says “are you done” again in a hostile tone. When I pulled up to pay for my order he kept staring at me like he was about to attack me. I don’t know what his day was like but I was patient and kind with this mister tough guy. If this is what passes for good customer service I’m glad I left the food industry long ago. To anyone that reads this just know if you go there expect to feel threatened and treated like garbage. Too mister tough guy I hope you seek therapy for your anger issues and your poor mental health good day pathetic sir.
Since moving to Richmond, we have frequented this McDonald's more than any McDonald's in a years. Our orders are always completed in a timely manner and fresh! The employees are kind!

I did curb side order of 2 Big Mac, 4 McChicken, 20 pieces chicken nugget, and 2 medium fries around 10 pm. After I received the food, I asked "is that all?" and associate said yes and verified the receipt. I didn't check the bag all the way to bottom.Drove 25 minutes to home and opened the bag, there were missing 2 Big Macs. Tried to call, but no one answered,. I drove 25 minutes again to the store,it's around 11:30 pm and asked there were missing 2 Big Macs. Associates said sorry to me and gave me 2 Big Macs.I am giving 1 star, because I had to drive almost 1 hour of round trip to get missing item. What a wasted my time and gas.... if they did work correctly I shouldn't have to go back.This is 2nd time happening from same store.

I was quite mad this morning, my daughter asked to go to McDonald's, ok cool but even though prices of everything went up $8+ for a breakfast combo really? That's ridiculous, I'm sorry .. it's McDonald's... And even though I'm being charged for a drink already in the combo you upcharge me 1.39 Chick-fil-A upcharge .70 for orange juice. And when did your med get so small? Over priced yuck
I have dashed here several times, I have only had one positive experience. The manager was sweet. This is the most GHETTO McDonalds that I have been to; and amazingly it is not located in the ghetto or the "hood". No customer service skills from the majority of the workers. I was there this past Sunday and today. This is a high volume restuarant, I totally get that. There is no excuse for unprofessionalism and being unpleasant. There were 4 people working drive through; totally unacceptable. The lobby server was helping with drive-through as well. The workers tones are rude and their and their attitudes are awful. I have also been a customer at this MickeyDs I have encountered very few pleasant workers. Let me finish by saying this is not racially motivated at all; I am a black-american. I also worked at McDonalds when I was in high school; I never treated anyone the way these workers treat people. I always had a smile on my face and was kind even when things became hectic. Being kind and considerate doesn't hurt anyone. The workers need training in professionalism and being courteous. By the way I did not notice name-tags. Does McDonalds still do surprise inspections? Something seriously needs to be done! I personally give this McDonalds 4 sad faces ????!
Want to be paid all this money, but stopped taking orders over an hour before close. You're better off just never going to this store. Absolutely terrible quality.
