Marcos is our go to for pizza. The whole family loves it and the staff is great. Tonight my husband picked up the pizza and didn't check it before he left. When he got home we realized it was pepperoni and not what we'd ordered. We called and they offered to make a new one. I asked my husband to pick it up, but they said it was out for delivery! The owner himself actually brought it to the door! We were very impressed!
I've had this pizza a few times and it seems the quality has gone down. The specialty pizza wasn't as flavorful as previous visits. I was a little disappointed.

apparently they are on a 2hr delivery wait at 4:30 on a Sunday I said no problem we will pick up, the young lady was so annoyed I still wanted to order she instantly put me on hold for 15 min. so I called back and she instantly put me on hold for another 30 min. pizza shouldn't be this difficult to order. very rude
Ordered a pizza- they got it wrong, ordered 2 drinks only got one; told us 30 minutes- took an hour- pizza is cold; called the manager- “well, what do you expect us to do about it- we’re busy”. Get your pizza someplace more reliable. This was the 3rd bad experience-and the last.
Best pizza, sub joint around. Hard workers with very good service! Delivery or carry out, my favorite in Midlothian for sure.

I was a long time fan of Marcos. Until tonight. Ordered a few pizzas for delivery, they were delivered to the wrong house. Called the store, confirmed my address, delivered to the wrong house AGAIN. Had to flag the driver down, where he demanded extra money for his trouble, even though I had already tipped with my credit card. Extremely unprofessional.
Probably the worst pizza I've ever had. I will never pay for this quality of pizza again. I've had better frozen pizza from Walmart
