Do not order from this location. My pizza was raw in the middle and cheese was not even melted. When I asked for my money back for the pizza they wanted to recharge me for the entire order minus this pizza and wait for my money to be refunded in a couple days. No thank you. Poor service and bad pizza. I will never come here again. I’m sorry I didn’t look at the reviews first.
The two pizzas we ordered were burned! The two dips we ordered and paid for were missing! The viggie pizza was a joke! The viggies were only in the middle and the rest was just covered with over cooked burned dry cheese! The stuffed crazy bread was nothing like the photos. It was greasy and not fresh!And of course no one is picking up the phone!If u have to order, never trust what they are doing.. Check it all before you leave the place.
This is the 2nd time in the last month or so that I have ordered pizza from here. My pizza wasn't even cooked all the way, I finished cooking it at home. The first time I ordered $30 worth of pizza, and when I got there they didn't have any dough to make pizza. I never got a refund for it. This place should just shut down
Zero stars. Negative stars. Avoid at all costs. They’re out of some items, claim they canceled the order when they didn’t and didn’t bother to let you know until you get there either. They steal the promo code from the “canceled” order so you can’t use it at a different store. And they won’t answer the phone to deal with any of it. It just rings about 8 times and then you are rudely hung up on.
Absolutely terrible. Just paid $34 and received 1 entirely raw pizza and 1 Detroit Style pizza that literally looks like my Preschool student made something out of play dough. Attempting to call the store over and over for 20 minutes and they will not answer the phone. I feel like I got ruined at gunpoint the pizza is a joke.
This location used to be awesome, we would get pizza weekly and always a great customer experience. Unfortunately it SUCKS now!!! The bad attitudes of the employees, lack of courtesy is amazing.
If I could give 0 stars, I would! I have had so so so many issues with this location. We used to get pizza from this location weekly and the past year, the service has PLUMMETED!! I have had poor experiences as a door dasher there and as a customer. The general manager has spoken to me like a child who couldn’t comprehend basic english. I have management experience under my belt and would never treat a customer the way he treats his. I’ve spoken to other customers while waiting over an hour for pizza and they have all had similar experiences. Even after waiting an hour for a single pizza, it still came cold. You expect me to believe that I was waiting on this pizza to be fresh when it comes out cold? What a joke. They’ve also missed items on my order before and never answer their phones to compensate. I understand being under staffed, but the quality of the service here leads me to believe that their staffing issues are because of their management. If I was an employee there, I would quit in a heart beat too. The young gentleman at the front was very respectable, but the general manager is awful! This location should shut down. There’s no point in the location even being open. There’s twenty people sitting in the lobby waiting on pizza for an hour each. What’s the point in the store even being open? Shut it down or fire the general manager and get someone who actually knows what they are doing. It’s pathetic!!
Always treat vets amazing. They were understaffed but hey who wants to work If you don't have too. Pizza lunch special and drink free. Pizza was very tasty. Excellent warmed up in the air fryer.
Went to Little Caesars Pizza13726 HULL STREET RDMIDLOTHIAN,VA 23112 and it was just slow and poor customer service. Place order on app that seems to be turned back on now at 12:13. Got there around 12:35 and stood there in front with 4 other people. No one acknowledge customers not even a hello. People walked out. One guy for the whole store. Finally when he was done making the pizza and handing it over to two other customers I have my name and my pizza was waiting in the warmer just sitting there. I did not leave until 1:05. Meaning it almost to a hour for pizza. I will never go to this location and maybe never another location again. Employee had ears buds hanging down. Dirty white sckull cap. Open up boxes with same hand that had gloves on and made the pizza. The location is terrible.
For some reason this location always has the online ordering for the pizza portal turned off. I never have this issue with any other Little Caesar’s so I’m not sure what the issue is. This option makes it a lot easier especially when everyone is short staffed and trying to reach them by phone is difficult.
