Ordered upon arrival. Store was busy but food ready was ready quickly. Everything was perfect, and always, the cheapest best pizza available.
My husband ordered and was given a time frame. We were definitely watching the clock so to speak and a gentleman appeared at the door and gestured toward my husband. And wow what service as he chose to wait in our vehicle. A gentleman kindly gave us awesome service for us to enjoy a " fresh" pizza. And it was delicious ? .Went there again and had the best pizza it was so fresh, delicious!

Fast ,efficient and definitely makes my life easier being a single mom working two jobs.I think staff moral would be better if they had more help.I'm a store manager so I understand the understaffed situation.Which starts a domino affect on employees becoming bitter and resentful as they are having to pick up the slack which makes for a tense work environment that customers can pick up on when coming in
The extra pepperoni on there new 5.55 is awesome. They just need to learn how to cut pizza better. And i see a lot of bad reviews on there delivery. You cant leave a bad review for delivery here. Thats just d**** They use door dash not there own employees. Those negative reviews and comments should be taken over to the door dash side so hopefully they can work out issues with there drivers. Also knowing that they use door dash be in mind if you dont tip a lot of people will skip your order. Just an FYI

I did an online order said my order would be ready in 35 mins later. By the time I picked it up it was a whole hour and a half later. There was 3 staff members working hard but not one of them greeted us and there was 5 people standing around also waiting for orders. No customer service I had to get someone attention and she tried to say I was going to be helped even though I was standing there for 10 mins. It would have been nice that they acknowledged their customer.
When you are able to get a pizza made right there it's darn good for the money....
They spend all this money on advertising the calzone Pizza I go in today to order one and they said they don't have it today. Haven't been in this location in 10 years probably, another 10 when I return.
Always messes up my order. I'm vegetarian and have tried have their Calzony delivered. Both times I've had to just throw away the whole order when I realize they've given me pepperoni when I paid for a cheese and no hope of customer support helping in a meaningful way. The store wouldn't even answer the phone.
