The staff was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately the atmosphere was a big issue for us. It was crazy loud! There were three of us and we had to keep repeating ourselves and raise our voices in order to have a conversation at our table. There were a few issues with our food as well. My wife ordered a rare steak with no seasoning as she has allergies. The steak came out and was overcooked. They quickly fired another steak, and when it came it was cooked correctly, but they put seasoning on it. We ordered shrimp which were cooked well but the sides really didn't stand out. For what we ate, I think it was a little pricier than I would like. It was just an ok experience.

Another 5-star trip! Service was excellent, food was filling, waitress was professional and kind! Restaurant was clean and orderly. No complaints at all; this was my third or forth trip to this amazing seafood spot. If I had to give any feedback it would be around the restaurant detail. For such a nice place I would definitely upgrade my cleaning standards, ensure touch less hand drying and even adding a foot pedal on inside of the bathroom door so you don’t have to touch it as you walk out. Overall, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The best stuffed flounder I have ever had! The best crab dip I have ever had! Best happy hour anywhere! Good portions on everything!

I ate here on 2 separate occasions. The first time I got the seafood low country boil. The shrimp were over cooked and rubbery, the mussels were undercooked. It was like they put everything in the boil at the same time. Of course mussels in a shell will take longer to cook than shrimp! I came back to try again over a year later. I ordered the scallops. They were huge… and underdone… I had to excuse myself to the bathroom to regurgitate because it was so horrid… I am a seafood lover… I really wanted to like this restaurant, but 2 bad experiences, that is unacceptable… Even Red Lobster grilled shrimp and scallops was so much better! I hate to leave a bad review, but don’t waste your money here…

Always a wonderful experience. Friendly staff, quick service, excellent food and drinks! I love the Saturday and Sunday brunch and happy hour too!

Horrible attitudes of staff and manager. REX the manager should NOT be a manger. He is very unprofessional and now I see why this place is not booking like it once was. Went there last night to eat dinner and I will NEVER step foot in there again. They tried to serve me a half of a cup of lobster bisque that had zero lobster in it and was basically a broth. When I said something that’s when the attitudes started and the manager getting smart with us when we questioned it. I know what lobster bisque is bc I get it all the time and what they served was nothing like it. If they are trying to be cheap just say that instead of trying to lie to my face about how much a cup size is supposed to be and how lobster bisque is supposed to be made. I ended up canceling the rest of what I ordered and walked across to plaza azteka where I got great service and amazing food.

Great food and service. Have been multiple times to this and stony point location and ways top notch!

The service was TERRIBLE! Won’t spend another dime here .

Very good seafood restaurant. I got the stuffed flounder and it was perfectly tender. The fries are a house made "steak style curly fry" that is fairly unique (see photo). The hush puppies are in a sweet honey butter (basically honey combined with melted butter). It was really good (much sweeter and honey-we than Texas Roadhouse), but I kept thinking I was eating a donut, so my mouth was confused. Great ambiance with a brick wall and half the dining room can't see the TVs (if I see a TV I have to look, so I like when there are none). It is a bit loud inside when full though due to the layout.

I've been here several times before but before tonight I never noticed that there was a 20% gratuity automatically tacked on to your tab. First of all, they all but force you to use a virtual menu which makes it almost impossible to find that little tidbit about the automatic 20% gratuity. Second of all it's not pointed out to you by any of the staff. Now at this point let me say that our waitress was great, very attentive and mannerly. It wasn't until I was about to sign the check adding 20% gratuity that I noticed that the tab had the 20% already added in. When I brought this to Management's attention they got very hypersensitive about it told me that it was written on the menu board up front, which it was not. When I pointed this out to the manager he kicked me out of the place. Clearly this place is a low rent operation that doesn't trust their clientele to treat their waitstaff correctly and then tries to tack on gratuities deserved or not in a smarmy, boolsheeet way. By the way the food is getting more and more mediocre here too...
