Sadly, this location failed to provide quality KFC product, along with quality customer service. I came thru the drive thru and ordered a 12 piece of chicken and some biscuits. I didn't think that I needed to check the chicken before driving off, assuming they would've given me an edible product. I get all of the way home to find that I was given pieces of hard, cold chicken that appeared to not be fresh. Honestly, it looked and tasted like it had been cooked the day before. After calling the location to advise them of what happened, we were pleased to hear that we could bring the chicken back for a full refund. Seeing as I do not live right down the street, I had to wait until I was on my home from work. I pull up and notice employees outside smoking and on their cell phones. I go inside and had to wait 5 to 10 mons for someone to help me. I then had to wait 5 more minutes for Keke to come inside of the store to resolve my issue. I handed her the chicken and told her about the promised refund from the night before. She proceeded to question if I had even called the store for a refund. Clearly I have the disgusting chicken that I paid for unable to eat at the counter. I am obviously not lying about anything. She then Called Eva who advised her that She couldn't give me refund because I didn't not bring in the pieces of chicken which had been thrown away. Obviously I'm not going to bring in pieces of chicken that had been bitten off of. Neither one, Eva or Keke cared about my concerns as a customer. I remained respectful while I was accused of eating chicken that was not even edible. I am also taking this to Corporate and posting this exact review on all platforms. DO NOT EVER USE THIS KFC!!

I did not eat the chicken, but my brother did. Bought a 2 piece chicken with 2 biscuits. When I saw the chicken after getting home, it looked really dark and overcooked. But, my brother said it was okay. The second visit, ordered the same meal, but were the very first customers. May have made a difference because the chicken looked brown and decently cooked. I, personally, still have not tried the food.

Went to the location of KFC for chicken only at 12:45 today. The young lady worker the window had an attitude when I asked about the chicken only options. So much so, I told her never mind, drove a mile or so to the Golden Skillet at 360 West shopping center and got 1) good customer service, 2) hot out the frier chicken, 3) good chicken. I don't spend my money where customer service sucks!

Placed a very large order online and picked it up. It was missing biscuits, gravy, fries, and the chicken was dry and tasteless. Called several times, no answer. Someone finally picked up on the fourth try.I was told to call the customer service office which btw is closed until Monday.Better off going to the nearby Bojangle’s.

You have rude people working here and can’t handle any stress at all, I can say this since I’m a manager at a restaurant. Get it together and no one cares if you have online orders. All these adults that work here are kids who are cry babies that have to work a little hard. Give me a break. The managers here are incompetent as well.

Burn't chicken and seven pieces of chicken instead of eight. Paid twenty three dollars for that meal. You can say your sorry but it was my money.

Got dinner tonight from KFC it was a huge disappointment. The food was so over cooked could not eat it but the puppy loved it. I will not go back and I will tell friends and family to stay clear

My husband and I ordered the 12 piece tender meal yesterday through the drive through and we had to wait ten minutes for our food. We came home and we’re so disappointed to see that we were missing our biscuits, gravy to our potatoes, sauces, our chicken was the size of bite size pieces that tasted and were extremely hard. I called up to the store and that was a waste of time and energy. The manager was a disaster like the meal. We should of known better and what a waste of $35 dollars.

We thought to try KFC again it's been years since ate here. It was ok.
