I’m usually a regular here, but after this delivery I don’t think I will be anymore. Completely messed up my order. Didn’t half of what I ordered. I was missing a drink, straws, napkins & all 3 sauces I had ordered. The driver went back and only got me my drink I ordered. VERY POOR SERVICE. I am very disappointed and never expected this from Jimmy Johns.Wasted my money and they ruined my lunch.

In love with their unwhiches! And for some reason their diet coke tastes so amazing! Delivery is fast and driver is always friendly.
Fantastic customer service! One of my subs was wrong and they provided a refund for my order which was above and beyond. And of course the subs are always delicious!
Rude manager messed up my order and tried to blame me for ordering during lunch? lol Love the chain but avoid this store.

The worst customer service experience ever. I ordered 4 subs and 3 out of 4 subs were incorrect. I ordered and customized the subs online but apparently the ticket that prints out on their end doesn't show the customization. I went back to have them remade and I had to wait for them to contact the management to see if they could remake the subs. Then I was upcharged for extra meat on top of the subs being wrong. I will not go there ever again and I don't recommend this restaurant.
