First time here since the pandemic and they definitely need to head back to the drawing board. I’m not sure if because this location is now a franchise or what but they are definitely trying to cut corners to save a dollar.*The staff was friendly*We we’re seated at a table that was full of syrup, thankfully our waitress was happy to wipe it off*Seen several gnats flying around*The wall behind/beside us was dirty, you could see food particles on it.*Our utensils were brought out to us in a dollar tree basket, and dirty!*The food was definitely a one star, I ordered the ham, egg and cheese melt-the cheese was not melted. I also ordered grits which was not cooked all the way!*when our waitress came to collect the money for the bill, I also put my military ID with my debit card, instead of her saying ‘you can’t use military discount on this meal’ she gave us the paid check and walked away.They really need to hand the keys back over to IHOP because running a franchise is not for everyone!
Server was nice, but our order got messed up and it took a while to fix. By the time my husband got his food the rest of the table was done eating. Food was good, as usual.
The staff were polite and the food was great. I definitely see a return trip coming soon!
I ordered breakfast from this IHOP for my family because I really wanted an omelette but didn't feel like cooking. After I got home with my order I still had to cook. The turkey bacon in my order was raw. I had to cook the turkey bacon and everything it was laying on.
I ordered food this morning and discovered my turkey bacon was completely uncooked (raw). I was so upset that I ended up having to cook food that I paid for that should have already been cooked. Not only did I have to cook the bacon but also all the food that it was laying on top of. I call the restaurant but got no answer. I guess leaving this review all I can do at this point.
First time visiting this IHOP. Went for a take out order. The hostess who greeted me and took my order was polite and helpful. Wait was slightly longer than normal but they are short staffed and it was a large order. Food was still warm when I got it home. Definitely recommend this one.
45 minute wait was understandable but.. Hash browns burnt, waitress forgot sides of gravy and salsa, and was sat in a low booth when was with someone in a walker that has problems standing up.So overall... Dont go here if you have any other choice. You get better treatment at Waffle House.
LOVE the food there! Also, that u can eat breakfast at any time. Prices are reasonable, friendly atmosphere!!
Completely dissatisfied. Restaurant was relative empty (good thing) nobody on staff wears masks and appear comfortable taking the risks. The food was awful, dry and less than warm. I had not been to IHOP in decades. Should not have gone then. It was a Saturday morning. There were long lines at a couple other places and this place was near empty. With Home Depot, Walmart etc. nearby, I guess their little secret is out. Guess I didn't get the memo. Will never return.
Eggs, bacon, pancakes, and ham were awesome. The waitress was nice and helpful. The restaurant was clean and neat.
