You know the way thangs are now People don't want to work they Don't show up and now the way it goes All these Karen's and Karl's out there now just complaining away. Stop by to buy a chicken dinner. Hardee's does not sell chicken anymore all they sell is chicken tenders so I had to the get a cheeseburger meal which is very good
Customer service was great, had to take my food back but it was not any trouble at all replaced my food and kept it moving
Service was okay, associates here never get my order right asked for the 12.99 chicken strip tenders with a gallon of sweet tea and side, what I got 10 peice chicken strips and nasty unsweetened tea and no side. The food I did get was good but not what I ordered at all. Best thing is the dining room was open to the public.
I came here tonight, which was trying it again after 2 weeks ago I got the big Hardee and there was a bug leg in my burger. It was whatever, looked like a spider. I just didn't eat it.Tried today ....this is the big Hardee. Missing a patty. No cheese. And burnt to a crisp. DO NOT recommend this Hardee's. It's a disaster.
FILTHY. I came to this location because the dining room was open but am so confused as to why that is… they should be embarrassed. Absolutely filthy inside, nothing is wiped down, high chairs have sticky film and to boot the food was cold. So sad. I used to come to this location about 15 years ago and remember it being immaculate with a faithful older crowd who frequented… no longer the case. If you enjoy a warm clean inviting environment to eat do not come here. I’m not a stickler for that kind of thing but this was bad… even for fast food…
I planned on going to another restaurant but they were closed so I went to Hardee's instead. The chicken and waffle advertising poster looked good...I should have eaten the poster. It would have tasted better. The waffle was dry and horrible. The chicken was dried out like a hockey puck. Every Hardee's I have been to had been a disappointment. No wonder Chick-fil-A is booming with great customer service and great sandwiches.No more Hardee's for us...
They took a long time to get the good order ready. It was worth the wait. Best Hardee's I've had food from.
Slow, asked for no ketchup, no ketchup on burger great, but 20 packs of ketchup in the bag?? I wonder sometimes..lol
This was a very disappointing breakfast! My son got a soggy sandwich which was not the one he ordered, hash browns were cold and tasteless, and we ordered 2 teas, one sweet and one unsweetened. We got 2 sweet teas. Never come here!!!!!!!
