The best sushi in the area. Ingredients are fresh. Service was great and the menu has everything you could want from sushi to hibachi and traditional Chinese dishes. I love this place!

AMAZING SUSHI. Best sushi rice in all of Richmond hands down. Delicious and high quality fish and have never been disappointed. I've been coming here for years at this point and the owners are lovely and fun people. You gotta eat here.

The Hibachi dinners at Fuji Sushi rivals that of Benihana and their sushi menu is extensive and pretty good. While they have a nice selection, I wish they had more tempura optional sushi. Overall taste is pretty good as well with decent quality and the service was excellent.

Amazed anyone gives this place more than one star. Food was mushy and the portions were absurd. Asked that they make sure and include plenty of soy and wasabi and receives less than 1 teaspoon of wasabi for 5 rolls. I called to talk to them about this and they hung up on me as soon as I told them why I was calling.
I ordered from them last week and the sushi tasted old and their portions are small compared to other sushi places. I decided to give them 1 more try and my small house salad was bigger than my salmon roll and tuna roll combined. For the prices that they charge I wl never order from them again and do NOT recommend them.
Wish I could give it 4 stars but could not do so. Visited on Sunday and I had a Bento box (vegetables). Veggies were good, but had very little broccoli, had mostly zucchini and a little carrots & onion. For $18.00, I would have hoped that I would have gotten tons of good veggies. Especially since I ask for no rice. They should have provided more veggies. The gyoza were hard and dried out. The California roll had very little imitation crab & cucumber and were not very moist. The salad was good but had way too much dressing. The web shows $$ but I do not agree, it's even a little expensive for lunch specials, which and not served on Tuesday & Sunday.
Delicious sushi roll combinations; we love the ones with spicy tuna. The seared tuna has a different taste that most places don't have, they also have Vento boxes and rotating specials. We forgot to take pics of the first few dishes, so we only took a pic of the last dish when we were almost full.
