We stopped for lunch as it’s been awhile since we ate at a Five Guys. The place wasn’t busy yet and we were waited on right away and order ready in minutes. The prices have changed quite a bit but the burger and fries were just as good as we remembered. The manager also made recommendations on what size of fries to order which we appreciated.
Food was good but every time we come in here we cannot sit down and enjoy our dinner because it’s literally -0 degrees in there. I’d almost rather go to McDonald’s and sit down
$32.00 for 2 cheeseburgers and 1 fry? Wow!!! Oh and the order wasn't even right. Won't be going back.
You can not go wrong at Five Guys and this location delivers as you would expect. Great burgers and tons of yum fries to boot! Good staff that is very attentive.
Horrible experience! It took over 30 minutes for them to get close to our order number with barely anyone in the store. Then while we waited the kid behind the counter gave our food to someone else then tried to blame us for not getting our food when he called our number which he clearly did not do. Very disappointed in the service. One star because I had to select one to continue!
Okay, I get it. It's post COVID shortage time and super inflation in every way. And no blaming on any of the staff at this location But a Jr cheese burger, small fries and a drink costing 18 dollars before tips is just too much. Yeah the burger is arguably better than BK or McD, but almost tripling the price? Not returning anytime soon.
Great burgers! Expensive but once in awhile it's great. Forgot to get a few meals so had to rush back by 8p close here in Westchester Commons. Gracious and let me order at 7:59!
A classic burger place that never disappoints! Always an excellent idea if you're looking for some burgers.
Excellent burgers and fries, and the free shelled peanuts are always a hit with the kids, glad to see they have put those back out. Five Guys is never what I would call a bargain restaurant, but you get what you pay for. Two adults and 3 kids with just burgers and hot dogs, one large fry and water to drink is $60. An occasional delicious treat. Restaurant was clean and very well lit, employees were friendly. We’ll be back for sure.
