First time here, pretty disappointed. The burger order was wrong, it was missing toppings that were supposed to be on it, and the burger patty was so dry it crumbled apart. The fries were overcooked and hard, I had to trash most of them. Lettuce on my burger was old and turning bad, pickles seemed a bit rancid. This may sound super judgemental but the place just gave off a "if you return your food we'll spit in your remake" vibe.. so I didn't even bother. I ordered a milkshake after eating hoping that it would redeem the experience. had to go back to the counter after almost half an hour to ask where the milkshake was. Turns out the kid who took the order never bothered to make it or let anyone else know about it. I really doubt I'll ever come back. Too bad, I was hoping to have another decent burger spot in the area as an option. **Edit** Although I appreciate the quick response from the owner and their assurance that this was not a normal experience, after spending time reading through previous reviews from other folks it seems as though this is a pretty typical experience at this establishment. I see on several reviews prior to mine that any negative feedback is met with a reply promising prompt corrective action and an invite to return. Unfortunately, it seems as though the promises of a better customer experience have yet to bear fruit. And with that being said, I will be respectfully declining the owners invitation for my return.

Unfortunately I can't post below a 1. I was given raw chicken, tried to order healthy and paid the price. The outside looked done, but, it was raw inside and I ate half before I realized it. Service was very bad, prices horribly high for food that wasn't as good as five guys. They did give me my money back and apologize, but I definitely won't be back. I just hope I have a strong constitution and will be able to fight off salmonella. I never got my money back, it has been 3 weeks, I spent 77$ there. Not acceptable, they gave me a receipt showing the return and I never received it.

I ordered 2 burgers and 1 order of fries for dinner through the website. When I arrived a couple minutes early, my food was ready and waiting for me.The food tasted pretty good! But, there was 1 thing wrong, the price. Charging $4 for fries that’s the same size as a medium McDonald’s fries is ridiculous. That and $8-$9 for each burger is overpriced. I paid for this dinner because we’ve never eaten here before and wanted to try it out.We won’t be back. I’m glad we tried it but we’ll spend our money elsewhere.

The cashier we had was very nice and very patient. He's a wonderful employee and I really hope the best for him. That being said, the food was too expensive for no reason, some kid came out and told my MIL the ice cream was "too soft" (???) to make her milkshake, and they served her raw chicken. First time going, will be the last. There are no excuses for that kid's behavior and there is definitely no excuse to not check food temps. This could kill somebody. Either do better or shut the place down.

juicy burger, lovely texturefries crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, slightly cold thoughthey advertise pepsi products but they have a big coke fountain machine, the one with tons of options and a touch screen

Terrible customer service. Got home and burgers were wrong.Called to speak to the manager and was told the manager didn’t want to come to the phone to handle the call. I sent an email and nobody ever called or emailed back. I will spend my money where people care.For the price you pay it was not worth it.Five guys tastes better and gives better service.Don’t waste your time and money!!!

This is a Fast food burger for a gourmet restaurant burger price. It was dry and the cheese is extra. The onion rings taste like flour. This was $16.41 for a single burger without cheese and a dry patty. Don't waste your money. I was very disappointed. Stop by a drive thru and save yourself frustration and money.

I ordered a fat burger with relish and mustard on the side. When I got home I noticed the burger was overloaded with mustard and no relish provided. I could not eat it due to all of mustard and no relish. Attention to detail is a must if you want customers to return. I will not be returning.JSB

I have been here twice and enjoyed the food. I tried one other time but the store closed early due to staff shortage. The first time I ordered on the app so the food would be ready when I arrived. Due to congestion, I got there about 10 minutes after the time that was set and the food was just sitting on a counter, not under a heat lamp, so the food was cold. The young lady at the register was friendly enough for a teenager. I went again today and ordered food for myself and a kids' meal for my daughter. The young lady was not friendly at first but the more I positively engaged with her, the friendlier she became. It took about 10-15 minutes for the food but there were only two people in the kitchen. I love that the meat is seasoned! The sweet potato fries are delicious. My daughter had an oreo shake which was thick but still drinkable. Just the way we like them. It is pricier than I would like; one burger and fries for myself, the kid's burger meal adding cheese and bacon, and the milkshake was over $33. It is not somewhere I would eat regularly but when I am craving delicious, fresh burgers and fries. (We don't eat at places with arches, kings, or pigtails) It's unfortunate that people have absolutely no empathy and are bringing the ratings down for this restaurant. There were only young kids working, and one adult manager, that are dealing with poor attitudes every day and are also dealing with the stress of school during COVID. I will continue to support this business and continue to have patience.

Save your time and money. Slow and careless employees. They all wander around like rats lost in a maze. There is simply no organization. Today I waited for my order for over 40 minutes. (I arrived around 3 pm, figuring I'd miss the lunch crowd at noon, I ordered 2 burgers and 2 fries to go - neither was special order, it was just a simple order.)While waiting, I saw one of the employees was eating a burger at the pick up window, wiped his mouth with his hand (not with a napkin), then he grabbed a napkin and wiped his fingers... then he went directly to pulling customers orders from the window to either serve them at their table or give the customers their to go order. He didn't wash his hands!!! At this point I was totally disgusted with what I just saw and I was tired of waiting for my food. I asked for a refund for my food I paid for (and still didn't get) and left.I'll never go back.
