I like beef ribs...the ribs are a hit or miss. I had little meat on the ribs the last few times I came. 2 weeks ago I would say the ribs were a bit more meaty. I would suggest cutting the ribs with more meat even if they had to raise the price. Good business...friendly people and the staff is accommodating! Good craft beer!
Definitely a favorite! Wife and I come here quite frequently, and get the same meals everytime - sometimes the ribs and burnt ends are okay, sometimes they are exceptional (haven't found the rhythm yet).The craft beer is good, and the ice tea is great, although they're often out of baked potatoe ?The atmosphere is always comfortable, and the service is always great. Extra Billys continues to be our #1 date-night location!
I was there over the weekend to pick up an order to go. I have never had bad service there, I used to deal with an older lady and she was as sweet as can be. But when I was there this time it was with a man named Chuck. He was very rude to me. I asked over the phone if I could purchase 2 sodas and he told me with they had no cups with a very rude tone. Then I asked him if they had any bottles and he was rude again saying that ma'am I dont know you will have to look when you get here. So basically nothing like how we used to treated. I work close to them and used to get lunch there weekly until the hours cut back. I was excited to orde food when I was in the area at lunch time over the weekend, but now I will probably never go back. And to add on to that, they charged $16 just for 2 small orders of onion straws. They have never charged that price. I am sure they will blame it on covid like every other place, but thats not the case. A rude staff cant be blamed on that.
